    Failed challenges should be penalized with 1 free throw. Similar to how failed challenges are a 2 minute penalty in NHL.

    Bad breaks happen. Win anyway like the Nats did on that terrible Turner interference call in the World Series. Edit: Heh, speak of the devil. 10 minutes later a similar scenario just came up in the Astros-White Sox game.

    My buddy said Terry McLaurin held the door open for 8 people at Duck Donuts in Herndon Saturday morning and not one person recognized him or spoke to him (other than my buddy). And he was even wearing WFT gear. Just embarrassing that the local team has such little interest that the best player on the team doesn't even get recognized in public. That would never happen for the Nats, Caps, or even Wizards.

    Maybe this is just how football on the radio is, but I always found Larry and now Bram absolutely horrible at actually explaining what is happening and where on the field is happening. You know, the most basic part of the broadcast. At times it takes Bram 30 seconds after the play to say where on the field the ball is now.

    I bet on Europe +225 last week but I'll still be rooting for USA. Really not sure if they'll be able to overcome the dysfunction and Brooks's comments last week didn't help things. That said, USA is clearly the deeper team and they are going to set up Whistling Straits to favor them as much as possible. The Ryder Cup is easily in my top 3 sporting events to watch. Even though NBC is going to try and ruin it with endless commercials, I still can't wait!

    Lavar Burton was terrible. One of the worst of the guest hosts. Really was hoping they didn't pick Richards though. What a shame.

    Malls are dying. The Lerner's are quickly moving from the richest owners in MLB to...still the richest owners in MLB. They are a joke. If they don't extend Soto I'm out. Sick of never paying our own players except for Strasburg

    Korda and Opelka are probably the best chance. Opelka should be a better version of Isner - and with that serve it just takes one hot week and you're in the quarters of a major.
