  1. Frank kissed him immediately after he said “I know” lol…Bill was singing a song of longing for someone and said he wasn’t singing about a girl. I mean, it’s all right there…
  2. If you recall: Frank: "Who was the girl" Bill: "There was no girl" Frank: "I know." That's pretty much concrete confirmation right there.
  3. Well, over 7% of the US population identified as gay, lesbian, or bisexual last year...or put another way, if everyone in Florida were gay or bi. I would say if 12% of all TV characters were from Florida nobody would even notice. Hell, about 80% of all sitcom couples show an average looking man with a beautiful wife and we're cool with it lol...
  4. Beauty and the Beat I'll give you...Vacation was nowhere near as good. And Fanny influenced just as many bands after the Bangles, and were the first all-girl band to release an album on a major label. Fans don't know who they are, though, because unlike the Bangles, there was no MTV around to do PR for them for the masses. “They were one of the finest ****ing rock bands of their time, in about 1973. They were extraordinary: they wrote everything, they played like mother****ers, they were just colossal and wonderful, and nobody’s ever mentioned them. They’re as important as anybody else who’s ever been, ever; it just wasn’t their time.” - David Bowie When they released a reunion album, members of the Runaways, the Go-Gos, and the Bangles appeared on the record. Their cover of Marvin Gaye's "Ain't That Peculiar" is excellent. Put them in before the Bangles. You have to watch it on youtube: https://youtu.be/imZUqkPlUaQ
  5. - Then the album should be honored for that milestone...they did practically nothing after that. - Who did the Go-Gos influence musically?
  6. That part in bold has been me often through my adult years with numerous female friends, but I was never friend-zoned...if anything, I had to do the friend-zoning lol. It was to the point that one female friend told her roommate that she thought I must be gay because I wasn't trying to get her into bed (her roommate told me this late one night). Actually, I may have been friend-zoned by some female friends, I guess, but didn't realize it because I wasn't trying to take things further? Is that possible? Or can you only be friend-zoned when you have amorous intentions and make them known? Whoa, too much info there, bud... ...unless by "it" you meant something completely different.
  7. I felt the same way about putting the Go-Gos in before Pat Benatar (not sure either one should be in, to be honest lol...but Pat deserved it more than the Go-Gos).
  8. I said this exact same thing in a family debate once...nobody wanted to hear it lol. "95% of all your relationships will not last. Then again, they weren't supposed to."
  9. Yep, very true...and considering what "Rock and Roll' was derived from, it's a bit silly for there to be some concern over including R&B and country acts lol. Missy Elliott has had a HUGE influence on modern music, would be kinda silly for anyone to claim she doesn't deserve to be considered for the R&R HOF because she doesn't sound like the Beach Boys or Led Zeppelin.
  10. I've never been turned down by any woman...mainly because I've never asked any woman out in my entire life lol...
  11. Two different Caldwells..."Diaper boy" is Thomas Caldwell. "68 months in prison" is Daniel Caldwell. Now I'm wondering if they're related lol...
