    The touted free agents have been very hit or miss but guys like Obada, Smith-Williams and others have been quite ok.

    I read somewhere that many of the UNCs had little experience in neurotrauma. In nearly every NFL city there are leading neurosurgeons or clinician-scientists who could fulfill the role and depend on objective (as possible) assessments vs. depending on self-reported symptoms.     Yep, we are the new Cardinals of the NFCE. We will get competitive and get to our target 6-7 wins when opponents start looking past us mid season.

    They are constantly putting him in position to showcase his weaknesses. Do they even try to work the tight ends? Matsco is a good online coach but he can’t salvage this trash. I think we got to put Cole Turner in. Thomas and Bates aren’t doing much. There was one play Bates dived a ball that would have hit him at his belt buckle if he stayed on his feet.

    He has shown creativity at times this year and last. However as with all our teams since forever, we get exploited by 1:1 matchups but can’t consistently/effectively do it on our side.

    Open is open and I’m not seeing it as regularly as we did in the past. #1 wideout attention and route combos aren’t working for Terry.

    I agree. I’m beginning to think Terry isn’t all that either. Parsons on his hip was damning.

    I’m sure they do. The real question is are the coaches providing the right guidance and tips?

    This is a loss but we should give them all variations of our run game. Bring in a lead blocker assigned only to contact Parsons. Test their toughness and fitness.

    Wentz is still an upgrade over Heinicke (and I like Heinicke). RR is playing the long game by maintaining/protecting his confidence against a strong Dallas pass rush and our weak line. The game plan will depend on our defense slowing down Dallas’s offense.

    The coaches will protect Carson by slowing the game down with more running and conservative passing. Defense will make Rush a “star” but do just enough. I expect a close loss on Slye missed FGs.

    Excellent post as usual. A couple edits: 1. I think you mean Chris Samuels—that would have been fun to see #60. Haha 3. Ramsey was ruined by Spurrier and his lack of check down or blitz pickup offense. Ramsey was shot when Gibbs got him. I remember he had a killer arm and a ton of heart. I’m glad JDR figured out Davis is fast. Teams are going to be ready for our stunts soon and we will have to beat people one on one eventually.
