My wife and I have just watched the first episode and a few minutes into the second. I can see a lot of similarities… but I’m not sure it’s going to make the cut. We’ve had to put on subtitles because they’re speaking some kind of weird dialect that’s mostly incomprehensible. It’s also not nearly as funny. And like most Canadian TV shows, it’s a slow burn. But it’s early, so I’ll give it about 3-4 episodes.

Unless he’s lactose intolerant. Then he’d be insufferable. 😂😂

Shoresy. And I hate Canadian TV. I never would have thought I’d watch it, let alone like it. Even my wife enjoyed it as much. Great musical integration It’s the Canadian Ted Lasso. With lotsa swearing. And hockey instead of soccer. But very similar plot line… and loveable characters.

I have a hard time believing Kelsey Grammar would reprise the role for anything of lesser quality. Different is fine, as long as it’s just as well written. We’ll see.

Frasier is my favorite show of all time. My wife’s too. Wife saw a trailer for the new release. While the concept looked good/different, she said it didn’t look promising. Still going to give it a shot obviously though.

Wednesdays are $5 Whoppers day. Still the best fast food burger in my opinion. I also enjoy their mozzarella sticks (with marinara sauce) and onion rings. Best onion rings of any fast food or restaurant. The closest BK now from me is 35 minutes away. So I’ll stop by every few months as a treat. But their drive thru is horrendous (slow). It appears they will only take 1 order at a time. They take an order…. then complete it and wait for the car to drive off before taking another order. It happens every time I go… so I imagine this is a company policy rather than individual ineptitude.

I think if you’re unlearned and unread…. then everything might seem like it’s the biggest/worst/best thing that’s ever happened in the history of….. Trump is the main character in his world. Nothing happened or existed until it was relevant to him somehow. He has the perspective (emotional/intellectual intelligence) of a toddler.

In the movie theatres… I’d probably agree. 🙂 On TV, I amazed by the stories being told on the little screen. There’s some great TV out there right now. Almost too much.

I don’t think that’s fair. Studios are in the business of making money… not telling original stories. The audience tells the studios what they want by their purchasing power. I’m sure a lot of good stories/scripts sit on desks… or just need an opportunity.

Except that Curtis Samuel, in an interview this past week, said that the guys believe in EB’s game plan now. Unless of course, by “guys”, he meant exclusively the receivers. 😂😂
