    Its a pretty likeable team finally. Just need to trade Randle… and get that next superstar (we have the cap space and trade assets). Which they won’t do until the off-season. Just has to be the right guy… and that’s NOT Murray, Mitchell or Lavine. These rumours better not be true. Leon Rose has done a fantastic job so far… so he’s earned some rope.

    😂 You’re totally right. I wasn’t aware of that rule… but it makes sense. Honestly, I intended to use the text feature that puts a line through the text. Then I realized I don’t even know how. 🤣 Im officially old. And I really wanted to use the word titillating.

    I wouldn’t say it’s a typical process. Rich Gannon spoke about it in a podcast in this thread. Apparently teams typically use a 3rd party consulting company to compile a list of top candidates and vet them. So hiring guys like Myers (not even someone within the sport) and Spielman (long track record outside of the organization) is a little outside of the box thinking. But hiring the front office before the coaching staff… that’s a more SOP. 😄
