Chicago Ray… you have a job that an uneducated immigrant will do for half your pay. That’s what’s happening in Canada. But you and your 3 other neck beards can fight amongst yourself for any leftover scraps runs… which you’ll inevitably blame Biden for too. Your managers actually do care… because businesses are about the bottom line. Not your politics. They didn’t don’t care if you’re the one delivering or not, they can’t force you. They’ll just offer the jobs to drivers who’ll take the jobs.

Hopefulness and confidence stems from a certain level of ‘certainty’ (knowing). Which is derived by the quality and quantity of references. And if anyone here has any level of knowing…. which can only have derived from previous history/past… then the only way anyone could derive any high degree of optimism based would require denial/ignoring (ie. blindness) their previous coaching history. Because they’ve all failed many times and have been fired repeatedly.

What the F does that even mean really? 😂 What defensive coaches have publicly preached a fast jog and a gentle approach to tackling? What defensive coaches aren’t preaching flying to the football, making mistakes at full speed, and gang tackling? Accountability. A great buzz word. I’ll believe it when I see it. Wouldn’t it be nice though for a change?

Recency bias. 🙂 I wasn’t exaggerating. VOR also confirmed my POV. And the threads are searchable if you’re so inclined. I could never assume what another member has read, I just know what I have. And it’s a lot… and why I don’t post much 🙂 Regardless, now is a time for optimism. I get that. But the blind optimism is obnoxious. Nobody in this front office or coaching staff has earned that.

By the sounds of it, Shanahan let go of Wilks because he was better secondary schematic coach…. but didn’t match/integrate the back end with the front 7. Whereas Salah and Ryan were linebacker coaches in their past, and integrated both units more efficiently. So they made a change. My understand is that Witts strength is also the back end (secondary/passing game coordinator). So their skill sets may be redundant.

Good people with guns though right? -
Understood. It’s decent logic. Ive just found that every year teams at the top of the draft articulate that they won’t discount anything (leaving all possibilities open) and over-value QBs (threaten to take one higher than expected). Since the QB position is a premium spot… and most teams are QB needy… creating scarcity only increases the value and leverage of the pick. So every team does it. For that simple reason alone.

For Josh Allen in Buffalo, he’s had Brian Daboll, then Ken Dorsey and now Joe Brady.
