I don't see how China has much to risk at all, compared to the other players in this game. Worse case scenario for them is some nuclear fallout drifts their way and they have to deal with refugees. If the great leader gets his H-Bomb ICBM arsenal China's risk looks a hell of a lot better than what the US and Japan would face. South Korea has always had the most to lose, and still do. They seem to rather enjoy playing both sides, they have a lot invested in both sides as well as influence over regional politics/control. Maybe they could continue playing both sides. We talked to them, and they shut down their plutonium-producing reactor, and halted the construction on the two more they were building, in exchange for food. And then we called them names, and cut off the food. And they restarted the reactor, and finished the other two. And made several bombs. But yeah, talking has been proven to never work, and military action against a country that has the ability to kill thousands, maybe millions, within hours, without nuclear weapons, is a great idea.
