Super5
Yeah, I'm definitely anticipating a McNabb Redskins wallpaper. I'd use the Eagles one, but being that I was a Philly fan until he was traded here, I hate tha t damn franchise now. Go 'Skins. Also, just wishful thinking here, but is there anyway someone could make said wallpaper in a widescreen format as well? 1680x1050, or 1920x1080. Many thanks. Soup
MikeSellars45 on the LJ render The rest completely by hand no stocks. Beat that Who.... Sizes: 1280x1024 Click HERE
WhoRUSupposed2Be
It looks good bro, but when you say by hand do you mean that you crafted the designs yourself?
Soup
^^^ All the lines, shapes, circles, lighting, basically everything outside of the render was non-stock. No images, just brushes and pen tool. The fire effect you used in the McNabb wall was a stock, If you made the fire using smudging and brushes than it would be from scratch or no stock image. WhoRUSupposed2Be
Nice to see you back Left. Well, Soup is taking the game to another level especially with that McNabb sig that he just made. I'm going to have to try the non-stock flames just one time to see how it comes out.
Super5
Wow Soup, amazing wallpaper. Do you think it'd be possible to make one similar in styling, but with McNabb? Gj again.
die.hard.skins.fan
Let me know what you guys think.... I'm not sure if you guys will like it or not... personally, I love it! It took me all of 2 hours... I was playing around with different layers and kind of discovered the black and white sky in the background by accident I didn't post it full size because I don't want anyone to use it as their wallpaper without my permission...pm me if you want the full size image (also the quality is a little grainy because of the compression -- it looks much better in hi-res!) Soup
I like it, what did you do to the render or is it just like that? I think you should have gone textless with this one. Its one of those pieces that doesn't need any text. NJ
die.hard.skins.fan
Yeah i know what you mean...it just felt empty without a little name in the corner. For the render i used a combination of topaz adjust filters, topaz denoise filters, and then a high pass filter set to soft light or overlay (to really bring out the detail). After that i used a gradient overlay to give it more depth in the shadows and bright lighting in the lighter areas
Soup
nice it gives the render a surreal look
die.hard.skins.fan
Thanks...that's what I was going for! At first I thought that the render looked too flat, but the more I looked at the piece as a whole, the more it grew on me.

die.hard.skins.fan
Your Devin Thomas Wall looks good DieHardSkinsfan... very impressive. Thank you kindly! I like your ST wall... how did you get the pattern overlay on that jersey?
WhoRUSupposed2Be
You have to use multiple layers of the render and either use Soft Light or Overlay when you're placing them on top of the stocks.
