Chrisbob74
He's going to have a fight just to remain on the roster, he's 3rd string at best but he will have to battle Hamden for that spot.
@DCGoldPants
he might end up being #3. I would dangle him out there to see if anybody bites. Ask for a low round pick for him. Get something back since we've only got 3 picks again.

Art
He's in a tough spot. Gibran seems like the more natural Gibbs' type QB to groom than does Hasselbeck. I'd guess Tim hangs around another year while we continue to groom Hammy.
Redskins11
Well, If Tim leaves, I'll be excited for him, cause he showed last year that he can play in the league. I'll miss elisabeth alot, though
Om
Much as I like the kid's moxie, I have a hard time seeing him as a Gibbs QB. With his relative lack of arm strength, I see him as much better suited to run a WCO. The deep outs and crossing patterns featured in a Gibbs' offense are going to come hard for this guy. Couple that with the fact it's Gibran headed to Europe at this point, and not him ... and I'm thinking the writing may be on the wall. I think his play last season under very difficult circumstances probably did earn him a look from other teams, though. He'll land on his feet. I just kinda doubt the Skins will be able to get much for him, because my guess is other clubs will see the writing on the wall too, and figure he'll be a FA at some point during August. The only way I DO see us getting something for him is if for some reason word gets out somebody wants him, and more than one team is interested. Still, hard to see the trade comp being anything more that a low-round, contingent pick.
brandies
I think he becomes the starter.
dieselfan44
With Brunell now being pretty much a done deal Tim looks to be third. We could lose him though, I believe he could be a good second QB on a lot of teams. I wish him good luck in whatever situation.
Posse81
I think he'll be around until camp, play a preseason game or two, then be dealt for a low round pick much like Sage a few years ago. I like him, but Art is right--he is better suited for a WCO.
Vegas-Born
i like him...I just don't think he will fit. Trade him to oakland...they need a guy who can stay healthy and doesn't need a walker to to the hash marks.

WVUorFU
Hamdan got allocated to NFL Europe. Hasselbeck might get #3. Lets hope we dont have to see either of them play unless we are up by 50 points in the 4th quarter.

I like him too, but I remember, especially in the last 3 or 4 games, some accuracy problems. too high, too low.

FROSTY28
I love the guy. What he did last year with basically no practice time and NFL experience was a minor miracle. If we cut him and the Eagles trade AJ Feeley, I wouldn't be surprised to see him end up there and torture us down the road.
RF4L
He is as good as gone. He doesn't have what Gibbs needs in a QB, as Om pointed out. And why on earth would someone trade for a guy who was out of football at the time we signed him last season?
Fitz
Tim's just not a Gibbs-type QB, but he'll catch on somewhere after his play last year. Maybe Reid will want him back in Philly. I'm not so sure that Hamdan will be here. Gibbs is probably sending him to the NFLE to evaluate him as much as get him experience. Gibbs: "Let me have the film on this Hamdan kid." Film room guy: "Uhhh..."
