CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Two right-wing conspiracy theorists who placed thousands of robocalls with false information to largely minority and Democratic voters in Cleveland in the months before the November 2020 election pleaded guilty on Monday to a felony charge.

Jacob Wohl, 24, of Irvine, California, and Jack Burkman, 56, of Arlington, Virginia, face a maximum of a year in prison after they pleaded guilty to a fifth-degree felony charge of telecommunications fraud.

These are the same two-bit clowns who paid some woman to publicly claim she was sexually harassed by Robert Mueller during the height of the Mueller investigation. The claim fell apart like wet toilet paper and their involvement was exposed.

Wohl was the dude in the hbo fake news documentary After Truth. He made claims of a bus full of ANTIFA while on his way to a staged press conference. There was like one actual journalist there what called him out on it all. 🤣

Dudes totally just doing Homer's online persona Mr X. Getting a thousand hits with grade A bullflop.

Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court Judge John Sutula placed each on two years of probation, fined each $2,500 and ordered them to wear GPS ankle monitors with home confinement beginning at 8 p.m. each day for the first six months of their probation.

We need to go back to being tough on crime but only for these two

Not precisely correct ("up to" being the operative words).  They have to pay $1 million.  If they don't pay $105,000 of the total by the end of the year, then the total amount will be bumped up to $1.25 million.
