Look at it this way, Hasselbeck may have never started or played a down in the NFL before coming to the Redskins, but at least he has something that Ramsey hasn't. He's been coached by real NFL Head Coaches, where Ramsey has gone from High School, to College, and now in the NFL to College Head Coaches. At this point, he realizes that his offense is getting nothing out of it. It's getting clear that Edwards is not properly utilizing his players and is allowing major mismatches to open up.
