Remember that episode of True Detective season 1 with the old black lady who wigged out when they showed her the Carcosan dream catcher dealy? Based on my research, this old black lady is probably into devil worship which could also be linked to trying to raise the Cthulhu. I've seen enough. I'm thinking we have way more than enough here for an arrest, conviction, torturous interrogation, and execution... Not necessarily in that order.
