Morneblade
I think Kelly will do well there even if Kaep isn't involved. I still think he is an excellent coach He's not. He might be a good coach, I think he's well organized and does some other things well. But the fact that he is completely inflexible and won't change his scheme to best fit his players tells me he's not great. Great coaches get the most out of their players, Chip doesn't. SkinsGuy
I think Kelly will do well there even if Kaep isn't involved. I still think he is an excellent coach Yeah, but he is a poor manager of things. At least in Philadelphia he was. If he hasn't learned that he can't run systems (and people) like he is still in college, he will do no better in San Francisco.

Momma There Goes That Man
Why? (honest question, btw, not trying to argue) I think he has a very good offensive concepts and knows what he is doing for the most part. I like his aggressiveness and willingness to do things his way opposed to what coaches think they should do out of fear for 2nd guessing. He took 4 different QBs that nobody would say are good and turned that into 27 wins in 3 years. He made some mistakes sure and didn't adjust as quickly as he should like running Murray outside or at all, but I think he will learn from those mistakes in his first gig and continue to improve
pointyfootball
Real smart decision of Chip Kelly to cut Evan Mathis. Our interior line was great without him, and it's not like he could play a full season and be a cog in a SB team.
