It's that whole leadership intagible thing. For lots of reasons RGIII gets everyone excited, players and fans alike. Add in a different coach who won't hesitate to cut guys who don't perform, no matter the contract or years in the league. Moss could tell Zorn to go blow, but he knew that Shanny wasn't playing.
