Still.... aren't there evaluations BEFORE surgery? The patient is obviously mentally unstable if he's living with a diseased-looking penis (according to how it was described in trial)... and doctor isn't on top of his game if he doesn't check it out before putting his patient under anesthesia.I can't see the doctor winning this case. I was a bit surprised at the outcome. I figured the jury would've ruled for the truck driver but limited the damages to $1 based on the actual loss suffered. Health care is expensive. This guy thought he could have the surgery done and only leave a tip. *RIMSHOT* :ols: Sounds like he didn't get dick. ...actually, that would be his wife.
