I have no simpathy for the killers. I tend to think we should refuse to shelter them from local justice for their deeds and turn over all evidence we have.

If guilty,they should certainly pay(and will)

Turning them over is not a option though and would be denying the rights everyone talks about to someone that has volunteered to risk their life at our command.

If anyone deserves the benefit of doubt till proven guilty it is them imo.

I agree with twa.

They allegedly committed their crimes while wearing the uniform of the US Military. They should receive military due process, and military punishment. (Including military death penalty, if that's what the court determines.)
