SMOSS89
Yes, I know, Steve Young/John Elway, we don't have a QB like that. But I wanted to know how a Mike Shanahan coaches in situations like these. When he finds a QB he likes, and is in sync with them, he is so aggressive and confident its unreal. We need that on our team. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oBuGr1pDEEM&feature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5i00r6dDZ7Q&feature=related

goflyhelo
I don't know why but I have a feeling Mike Shanahan is more excited on starting with the Redskins than we he started with the Broncos. The reason I say this is the fact he had the time away from football to think about everything, reflect on life and think on what he wants more than anything... and that is getting back to coach. HTTR! :point2sky

styx491
Awesome videos, especially the second one with the Broncos. I got giddy thinking to myself, man that's OUR coach now. I LOVE how confident that team is that they WILL score and their plays WILL work. Part of our problem has been the fact that we don't trust our playcalling and then when the plays are called, we don't trust our players to execute them perfectly. Denver was all long, methodical drives that ended with scores, in which the whole team was working as a well oiled machine.

Ghost of
Wow, I respect Steve Young regretting the "monkey on his back" thing. Sure, I never held it against him too much but he recognized what it seemed to say about how he viewed his career and that he realizes it was an opportunity and not a burden says a lot about him as a man. Koolblue13
Steve A****er is one of my all time favorite players. Of course, so is Reggie and Niel, who were also in that game. It was a great one. Didn't really talk about Shanny too much though, except the play Elway hated and how Shanny was wrong, when he called it and it didn't work. lol.
