RDSCNZ20
Its embarassing to be called out by the MNF crew about the steeler fans in the crowd then to insult by saying this would not happen in PHILLY... Davethegolfguy
It is so bad that the announcers regognize that so many away team fans attend our home games. Iknow you are a lifelong fan like myself, pleasee do something about it. It is not like the old days at RFK. If we could do the same, someday it might be Dan Snyder Field. The Enforcer
Honestly there are a lot of Steeler fans in the Northern Va/DC area. I mean this area is a mixing bowl of all different kinds of fans who like different teams.

Monkfan63
Skins fans are NOT the best in the NFL. I don't even think they are in the top 5, to be honest.
SkipJackSkin
There is just a lot of Pitt fans around this area (MD, VA, DC). A bama is someone who can't dress worth a ****.

BruinSkin
Steelers fans in the DC area don't hold Redskin tickets. There are 10k+ on a waiting list for season tickets, sell your tickets to those people.

morpheusmeyers
As per wikipedia... Bama is the official state soil of Alabama. The Professional Soil Classifiers Association of Alabama adopted a resolution at its 1996 annual meeting recommending the Bama Soil Series as the State Soil. So basically, he's calling them dirt. NoCalMike
It is just ignorant to say things like "This would never happen in Philly" Umm, excuse me, yes it would. PLENTY of visiting team fans invade Philly. They might have to put up with more grief, but they show up there in droves too.
Btubes18
If I had season tickets and I could not make the game, you can guarantee that those tickets would not go to the opposing teams fans. I hate seeing all those damn towels.

Lar0n Landry
I agree it's aboslutley disguisting watching the game on TV and seeing all the terrible towles.. It's pretty much a home game for the Steelers
redskins55
There are steelers fans EVERYWHERE!! All the teams try to warn their home team fans not to sell tickets to steelers fans. It's really not that many there at Fed Ex tonight its just that those few terrible towels stand out.

Riggins77
I agree it's aboslutley disguisting watching the game on TV and seeing all the terrible towles.. It's pretty much a home game for the Steelers I see the crowd on TV, it is not a home game for the Steelers. You want to see a home game crowd whose team is playing away....try going to a Panthers game when they play the Steelers or Cowboys, it's like 45% visitor vs. 55% Panthers. And when they played the Falcons when Vick played, it was even worse, it was like 50/50 This isn't even close.

I went to the Skins-Eagles game this year in Philly and other than myself could count on two hands the number of people who wore burgundy and gold. Although it pisses me off to no end, I am not one of those people who thinks Skins fans tickets should be revoked for selling them to visiting fans. But your argument is 100% false. I was at the Philly-Pittsburgh game this year and there were less than 1,000 Steelers fans in the stadium. It's what happens when the stadium seats 90,000. It wouldn't happen in NY or in Pittsburgh for that matter. It's nothing against Skins fans, it's the nature of the stadium.
