Switchgear Posted July 22, 2008 Share Posted July 22, 2008 A 2nd generation of players that will eventually play on the Washington Extreme is starting at the beginning of season 4. These players will spend the first 5 or so seasons on a "development" team then will jump up to the pro league when the first generation retires. Players should be started during the offseason or at the beginning of season 4. PM me with positions you'd like to fill and I'll let you know what's available. I had been looking at playing out the last season with this poorly run team, but the team is now a CPU owned team and in even worse shape with some gutting of players before the previous owner left town. Yeah, I sent a message to the new owner about getting a release, but he said half the team wants to leave so he will only accept fair market value for trades. At least I am only under contract for season 4 so I'll stick it out for a season and go from there. Edit - another team made a trade offer for me and I'm packing my bags. DE - 20+ to start, 17+ for backup (high rotation to get plenty of snaps) WR - Same as above KR/PR expert (must have returned kicks for TDs last season) CB - Same requirement as DE & WR. I already have 2 players on teams from ES and while I will concentrate more on those players, I think I have shown to be a pretty good owner. In one season, you can get two attributes to the soft cap and come out with a level 10 monster. I would love to be involved with a starter franchise built like a D team.
