stwasm
I remember about 15 years ago when Columbia had a minor tremor. It was enough to move stuff on tables. I was working in news at the time and I was very shocked to see something like that in these parts. Or, it could have been Peter Angelos banging his head against his desk after not only seeing his beloved Orioles finish another sub-.500 season, but also realizing that the Nats had more wins than they did!

Siven
I actually have a fault line in my backyard, we've had a 1.7 earthquake. very very strange, my house is basically on top of the fault, when it happened, it was like BOOM!, it sounded like 10 refrigerators fell down and crashed into my basement floor.
