Hey guys I need your help. I'd appreciate it if anyone gave me some info on the Silver Spring area and whether or not it is a Redskins broadcasting area or a (gasp) Baltimore Ravens area.

Please give me good news. I'd hate it if I were stuck having to get Direct TV Sunday Ticket when I could just watch it on Fox.

I am pretty sure it will be on in Silver Spring. But just in case check here every week to see if it comes on or not.

Wow! I gotta smorgasbord of help!

lol... I was pretty scared considering I've heard people around that area getting screwed with Ravens games since they've arrived in Bmore. Man this is great news! Thanks guys!

I'm opening up a Verizon Wireless store in Bowie, MD real soon. Is Bowie Redskins territory too?

OK, I am from Missouri, which is split between Chiefs and Rams...and we get (most weeks) Rams on Fox (NFC), and Chiefs on CBS (AFC).

So correct me if I am wrong, wouldn't Silver Spring (on 9 out of 10 weekends) get BOTH Redskins games (Fox) AND Ravens games (CBS)...

??????????

Let's see, Silver Spring borders DC and is about an hour from Baltimore. This is Redskins' country, my friend, fear not. :)

Bowie, which is in PG County, is also Redskins' territory. You will get all Redskins games in both locations. You will also get a good number of Ravens games but not all.

That's Dan Snyder's turf , so why would it not be Skins territory. When I lived there it bleed BG. Plus, it's closer to DC than B'more.

Whoa, dude, Silver Spring is definitely Skins' country. Silver Spring and Washington DC border eachother on the Northwest portion of DC.

Trust me, you will love it here, Silver Spring is the best.
