jrfriedm
Cooley is the best player on the team. Just makes plays. Now that is debatable. I'm not going that far (although he does make plays), but I will agree that he is one of our top 5 players on this team.
Tastes Like Chicken
initial thought: modern-era Clint Didier, excellent fit for the Gibbs offense If we can lock him down, he'll be a big target for JC for years to come.
[[ghost]]
His second game as a Redskin. It was against the Giants, where our defense practically shut them out, but their defense scored 2 defensive TDs. We lost 14-13, but Cooley scored for us on the opening drive, and at that time, we looked like the real deal. I know it was early, but he definately looked like he was made for the NFL at that time. taylorcoreskin
Dallas game when he dove and caught his 3rd TD of the first half. that play was off the hook especially since brunell was off the mark.

dreamshatterer
The second we drafted him, I looked up his stats and compared him to all of the other TE's being drafted that year. He was #1 across the board except for one or 2 categories. Had MUCH better stats than Kellen Winslow JR. Gibbs knew what he was doing when he passed on Winslow.
