mistertim
Just a thread to lighten things up a bit. Many players like to keep the same number they have had from college or when they go from one team to another. Currently Nemo is #30. Anyone think he'll give it up to Landry, or would LaRon have to just grab one of the 20s numbers that aren't used yet?
bulldog
that's not the question. the question is whether Nemo will be on the team to have a jersey number issued

D'Pablo
Anyone think it's refreshing to get a DB that doesn't want #21? I say we give Landry #28 and create a Redskins legacy.
Hokie_Skinz
that's not the question. the question is whether Nemo will be on the team to have a jersey number issued That is true, but technically his position is FB. And the only other FB on the roster is Mike Sellers. If you cut Nemo...who else is there to play the Fullback position if Sellers goes down? So unless the 'Skins pick up another FB, expect Nemo to keep his #30.
LiveStrongSkins
I wouldnt be surprised if he took #42. He's talked alot about Ronnie Lott. (Is 42 retired by the Redskins?... im drawing a blank)

Yeah that's true. That is sort of an "unsaid rule" that nobody would take that. I wouldn't be surprised if he offered Nemo some "incentives" to part with it. That or he doesn't give a **** and will take whatever number he is given.
Diggs43
Nemo doesn't have the coin to say no to the offer he will receive from Laron.
mistertim
Nemo doesn't have the coin to say no to the offer he will receive from Laron. Thats true. Nemo would be pretty hard pressed to refuse a decent offer for his number.

pjfootballer
Nemo won't be around long enough. I'm sure Landry will get his number. 30 may not be his number anyway. He may have another favorite number, but had to wear 30 at LSU, because it was all they had at the time.
