Leonard Washington
ugh, no matter who is coming out of the AFC, i have very little desire to watch them against the bears in the superbowl. I love to see defensive battles in cold weather environments with snow, not in 70 degree weather, just doesnt fit to me. a good football team can win in any environment. SkinsTillIDie
If the Patriots lose, I bet the NE fans will be claiming ref and NFL bias with all of these chain measurements going in favor of the Colts
skinsngibbs4life
a good football team can win in any environment. that wasnt my point. I meant that personally, I just think it is more appealing to see a defensive battle in snow and cold weather, rather than sun and 70 degree weather. the burgundy and gold
great defensive play, saves a TD. btw i agree a 70 degree defensive battle is a lot worse then a 10 degree game. with some hard hitting action.
Ghost of
Some of y'all sound like ****es, man. "luck," "luck." Funny how we forget our "luck" vs Houston in 91 or against the Giants when Clark managed to hold on to that TD pass. Sure, we didn't need too much luck that season and had some bad breaks go against us (vs Cowboys and the fact the season was over vs. the Eagles) but it DOES happen. Good teams create more luck. The Colts HAD the ball. The Pats obviously wanted it more at that moment. And they WERE on the goal line. Not like they lucked into a 99 yard TD return or something. SkinsTillIDie
7-3 should have been a tie game except for that hold Actually, if not for that hold, Peyton was going to get picked off on the next play. So really, the holding saved them 3 points.
