Never been to Tao....Id stick with the known commodities. Pure at Caesars is a sick club scene. The one at Hard Rock I cant think of the name, and the Rain Bar at the Palms. Tuesday I played in a 1000 dollar buy in where the top ten percent would win a 10000 dollar buy in to the main event. There were 120 people in the tourney so 12 people won a seat. When we got down to 14 we decided to split up the 120,000 in the pot. I ended up taking 7k in that. Then last night I played in the same tourney but this time there were 520 people. I ended up making it all the way till the end and won a 10,000 dollar seat. The first place prize in this years event is close to 10 Miiillliiioooonnnn dollars so please fellow skin fans, wish me luck. Im going to need as many people rooting for me as possible. If I have the whole Redskin Nation rooting for me, Im a lock to win right?? Needless to say im going to go try to find a Sean Taylor Jersey to wear in case I make it on TV. Shilsu Posted June 29, 2009 Share Posted June 29, 2009 Craps is the most fun to play if your at a hot table. I try to stay away too unless i see a table going crazy. It seems like you really need to have upbeat, fun people at your table to win at craps. I usually lose at craps so any advise would be appreciated. I usually play the pass line, put some money on 5 6 8 9 depending on the point. And max odds behind the pass line. Ill throw out some hard ways if the roller is hot. I havent read up on craps at all so Im sure this strategy is a sure fire way to lose. Any tricks of the trade some of you might know?? All advice is appreciated. And yes, double deck is gods gift to the casino. I dont see how people lose at it. I just recently got into craps and have played it on my last three trips, winning two out of three. I'm no expert, but as far as I'm concerned, it's about minimizing your losses until you get a hot shooter. Pass. Once a point is established, I play Come and Pass Odds. I play the Come bet throughout, sometimes betting double if I have too many chips on the table to hedge against the 7. If I got the 5, 6, and 8 covered, I like to play the Field. That's how I play, and when there's a hot shooter, the chips multiply like crazy. There were rumors all week that they would turn people away and it happened. For some reason they had a cap on it this year at I believe 6500. To be honest Im not sure exactly what happened there. Even if you did make it......and made it to one of the final tables, you might be mentally spent by then, because of having to play extra days, in comparison to others that just bought their way in.
