thelarkascend1ng
screw that. the skins have to beat the eagles. for ONCE, just ONCE, i'd like to see people let joe gibbs do his thing and see if we get into the playoffs without a billion ramsey/brunell threads. BayouBrave86
Any word on how injured Mark is?
Ghost of
I don't think it's really a matter of "who is better than who" anymore. It's a matter of one guy who is not healthy and really hasn't been vs. a guy who is and has been labelled a guy who can go in and win games by the coach. Also this healthy option is a guy who brings different things physically to the offense that MIGHT help (I don't know for sure) depending how long we're without Mark. skinstzar
There is no controversy. We all saw how Brunell played last year with a sore leg. Patrick Ramsey gives us the best chance to win. Not because he is better than Brunell but because he is healthy and able.
MSJHWT
Ramsey surprised me played well for how long he did play... IMO Healthy MB starts over Ramsey, but if MB isn't 100% go to Ramsey
Isifhan
It's pretty simple...if Brunell is healthy he plays if not Ramsey all the way. I for one love the fact that we are in a position to comfortably start either one.

stevenaa
THere is no controversy. If Brunell is hurt, Ramsey should start. Ramsey certainly didn't do a whole lot more than hand off. Which is good. Now he can get a week of work in if he has to start in Philly.
Jumbo
If Brunell is healthy he will start. Yup. And god help us, now the old games begin anew

I for one love the fact that we are in a position to comfortably start either one. Problem though. Brunell has obviously been a little "different" for some weeks now. And it's affecting his game and the team. Maybe we could have gotten away with it for the rest of the way provided he did not get FURTHER injuries. But add a knee injury (even if relatively minor) to a guy already struggling and there is only one real option. When he is as healthy as any player can get this late in the year, then he should come back (unless Patrick goes bonkers.)
redskin81
Brunell if hes able to go. No question at all. :eaglesuck

Truant
Ramsey should get the nod. Over a healthy Brunell it's close, but a banged up Brunell makes it a no brainer.
No_Pressure
Sonny vs. Kilmer sort of thing here only this time both of our QB's can throw a good looking pass  Either way we go we can win, lets beat those Eagles!
EnFoRcEr_uPu
They'll play Brunell. However, if we build a big lead by the 2nd half, I'll bet they put in Ramsey. Not just to give him some reps, but to help his chances of being a starting QB somewhere else next season. Gibbs is a classy guy, he'll give Ramsey the help...and after this game, he's earned it if you ask me.
One Shot
Well we know that both are capable of winning football games against the Giants, its a question of consistency. I don't really care who plays now.
GOSKN5
Yeah it has to be Brunell if he is healthy.... Ramsey did good managing the game today though.. I think he could handle it next week if needed....
SkinsFTW
Ramsey, but it wont happen unless Brunells left arm falls off and he is given at least a few games to see how well he can pass with his right.
Jumbo
Oh I totally agree. I'm just warning you and others that agree. It's going to get ugly this week with the Ramsey threads. Put on your helmet and wear your rhino-hide GSF. I'm expecting the flood gates to re-open  I'm gonna try to follow some sage advice I hear about another situation involving things I have no control over...he said "don't forget if you're tired of marching you can always just sit back and watch the parade pass by"
inPORTISweTRUST
Ramsey went 5/7 for 104yrds and a touchdown but, brunell will start. 5 passes is not enough to put ramsey above brunell
TaylorPickSix
Let Ramsey start. Let Brunell rest for wildcard game.
