Next Day Thread: Performing Our Patriotic Duty
AlwaysBeRedskins2Me replied to KDawg's topic in The Stadium
My man Darrell Green would run him down. Maybe even now at 63 years old 😁 -
I agree with the Dak comments. He is a good guy and a good player. However when the pressure is on in January or even facing elite teams earlier in the season, he seems to falter. He lights up the NFC East though. Especially Philly lately. So I am starting him in fantasy tomorrow. However I don't agree with the Cousins gets it done in those situations comment. I have seen Kirk falter just as much in the playoffs. Or even win and you're in games.

He is definitely a d***. I remember him dissing that little boy, who tried to high five him. I think it was before a game with the Lions. -
Washington vs. New England Week Nine Prediction Thread
AlwaysBeRedskins2Me replied to Spearfeather's topic in The Stadium
They will be without Bourne and probably Parker too. Darius Slayton is Randy Moss compared to the wr's New England will have on Sunday 🤣 -
Yep, I'd be ecstatic with two of the first three picks being offensive lineman. It's been neglected far too dag on long.

I love Darrell Green and I found his comments on Forbes to be interesting. Do yall think that DG really can turn Forbes career trajectory around in just 10 minutes?? Which is basically what Darrell said. I guess he sees fundamental flaws in his game. Too bad he isn't our secondary coach.

He had a field day when Kendall Fuller pick sixed Dak last year. Because Dak literally threw the exact same risky pass two straight plays. The first one, Fuller dropped the ball. Then he inexplicably throws it again, on the very next play and Fuller holds onto that one and takes it back for the TD. So the conspiracy YouTuber said Dak was told to throw a pick six but KF couldn't hold on, so he immediately did it again due to the script telling him to. Lol. It definitely does get ridiculous. He also claimed that Damar Hamlin's cardiac arrest was fake and scripted 🙄

I don't watch his videos. I saw one when it popped up on my feed. Wasn't sure what it was about. It showed Mahomes scrambling and a defender had a clear shot to stop him. However instead of doing that, the guy ran straight to a blocker and initiated contact and basically forced himself into being blocked. Why would he do that instead of just running straight to Mahomes and tackling him? That was the point the guy was making. He had no reason to ignore going after the scrambling QB and go find someone to block him instead. It was strange but I still don't think it is proof of anything. Here is the one I referenced https://youtube.com/shorts/0S4VZmgutMY?si=za9YHUzZegU50fEj

Have you ever heard of the YouTuber named Jake? He makes YouTube videos about the NFL. He always slows the plays down and shows clips of players doing inexplicable things. He then says " the NFL is more scripted than WWE. " He calls us ( people who don't think it's scripted) NFL fanboys. He says his videos show obvious evidence of it. I admit that sometimes there are clips that don't make a lot of sense. I can't explain why the players did what they did. I still think it's a ridiculous accusation though.

It would be so amazing if the defense does a great job, the rest of the season. It would be like getting our cake and eating it too. Two top 100 draft picks added, one almost a 1st rounder probably AND our defense is better????? Yeehaw! Woot woot!

" Badly needed a franchise passer and still does? " Excuseeeee me? I'm gonna have to start calling my boy Sam, " Sam Dangerfield. " Because he gets no respect, no respect at all!

It's considered rude and disrespectful to fire head coaches midseason. It's embarrassing to them. On the other hand, if there were any evidence that firing head coaches and/or GM's midseason increases the chances of success the same season or the following season, I'd say go for it. Does evidence like that actually exist? Not to my knowledge. So I see no difference in starting the process now and starting it in January or February. So I lean towards waiting til the season is officially over. It would be so nice to have back to back great offensive performances. Although we seem to never see it. The Patriots D is pretty decent and Bill seems to have ways to befuddle young, inexperienced qbs. -
Welcome To The Washington Commanders Jahan Dotson WR Penn State

Someone posted a different angle, showing the ball indeed hitting the ground. I'm still furious with Ron for not challenging the Smith " completion. " He says he didn't see it on the screen. I say who cares. If was clearly a very possible incompletion, which is why PHI ran up to the line. Considering it was 4th down, the magnitude alone tells me that you gotta throw the red flag. So disappointing.
