That Fundraiser made hella bank. ‘A positive story to tell’: Obama and Clinton rip Trump, boost Biden at $26M NYC campaign fundraiser https://www.yahoo.com/news/obama-clinton-help-biden-raise-051858650.html "The Biden campaign fundraiser, held at Radio City Music Hall before a sold-out crowd of more than 5,000 donors, raised more than $26 million, the most ever for a single fundraiser in U.S. political history, according to the campaign."

I thought Maye had a good season in 2023, but clearly it was not as good as his 2022 campaign. His film was so much better to me in 2022 and new problems arose in 2023 that I did not see in the previous years film to the same extent. I'd be hard pressed to say he did anything other than take a bit of a step back overall, even if his 2022 was good, simply b/c his 2023 was great. The problem, as with all these issues, is that even if you believe there is a reason for this, like the drop in team quality, it does not change what happened and it again does not allow the assertion of an opposite reality. That is wishcasting. You are what you are until you prove otherwise and that is as true for Maye as it is for any prospect. He's still a blue-chip prospect, but I'm not gonna pretend things that happened didn't occur.

Who dares to sign a player while GMAP is away! The nerve! With the new KO rules, teams may need 2 guys you trust to return kicks on the roster. -

Daniels didn't meet with any teams before his Pro-day, all interviews were scheduled for after the throwing session. Maye is meeting multiple teams before his session. Patriots are sending that same massive horde of brass. They sure don't strike me as a team that is doing the things of an outfit that is gonna trade out of the #3 spot. They are doing all the homework.

He had a bursa sac injury in 2022. I don't know when that pic was taken, but it is an injury he has had. There was a time where he had a bandage on his elbow, I'm assuming it was related. I never knew why he had it b4, just thought it was rugburn or something. He either got it drained or fixed at some point as he stopped wearing the bandage.

I agree that he has a long way to go in regards to the fundamentals and decision making side of the game, but they are all gambles so that part does not scare me very much for any prospect outside of those with an established history of getting injured. I'm not one of them, but there are plenty of peeps who see Drake having a higher ceiling and if that's your view, why not roll the dice on higher upside? He's got a bunch of great tools to work with. Just gotta find a coach who wants to play Frankenstein and "put his brain in that body" lol.

The Giants are one of the teams that are in line to meet w/ Daniels today, but I think it is interesting that they went out to dinner w/ Nabers last night. I think they are kinda screwed when it comes to getting a top QB and are preparing for the inevitability of having to take a WR. If the opportunity to get one of those guys comes, sure they pounce, but I don't think its gonna happen for them... which is just aces for me.

Saw the throws. I did not care much about whatever his weight would be and I didn't have any questions about his arm strength so I didn't glean much from that stuff. Already loved the release n footwork so seeing him work against air is just checking a box. What did jump out to me was the atmosphere and vibe. It was pointed out in the broadcast too. I have not watched a ton of Pro Days, but usually it feels like the tension in the air could be cut w/ a knife. Like the weight of the world was on every guys shoulders not to screw up. Here, everybody was happy.
