  1. It’s obvious that Terry told Fitz he only does 80 yard TD’s and that would have been just 75 yards… no biggie
  2. Reading all of that makes me want to move the 2,500 miles back home just to be a part of the Tailgate , sounds like so much fun!!
  3. Couldn’t agree more, very likely we find a much better LB from a team that has a plethora of talent at that position.
  4. Agree with all of this, I do think that Barber may be the only guy that may be out so we can keep either another receiver or LB. Gibson can do everything and more than Barber and Patterson can help keeping Gibsons carries down. great roster 👍👍
  5. Absolutly a fantastic video! Thank you you for sharing this
  6. So what’s up with this site? Any explanation as to why it goes down for days at a time?
  7. Agree 100% with a few notes, you are right, you don’t fix toxic people you fire them . i agree with the premise that had the **** not hit the fan so to speak we wouldn’t be seeing these changes. Weather forced or by some remote random awakening on Dan’s part (better chance we win the lottery) the change is happening and I am very grateful it has. i haven’t been so excited for a season for many many years and I’m proud of what our team is doing as far as culture and FO items. Heck we even have a physiologist on staff now 🤷‍♂️, we fans should get free sessions for still being fans! Now if we can get SIP to post all the tweets in chronological order so it wouldn’t F with my OCD my ES experiences would be perfect 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. That’s a joke 🤭
  8. Apparently I ain’t smart enough to attach a picture 🤦🏼‍♂️. It was Tony Romo 🤮
  9. I don’t know why this dude wasn’t drafted with these combine numbers but alas he wasn’t 🤷‍♂️. The QB below was signed as an undrafted free agent.... the numbers below scream pro bowl and HOF right ... my point is you never really know until you have them on your roster, the guy who’s numbers these are somehow ended up being pretty darn good though I hate him 🤣🤣. bine Invite: Yes Height: 6020 Weight: 230 Zybek PD3X AKA "Official" 40 Yard Dash (ET): 5.01 40 Yard Dash (HH): 20 Yard (ET): 2.90 20 Yard (HH): 10 Yard (ET): 1.72 10 Yard (HH): 225 Lb. 10. The bottom line is from what is being reported this is being dealt with in a very sincere and professional manor resulting in broad sweeping changes in staff and policy which is the ultimate goal. I simply dont have the energy to delve into the intricacies of how this all works and why, and this isn’t really the forum for that anyways. there is positive change from all this and I hope we can at least agree on that 🍻
  11. I 100% understand and appreciate how you feel about this issue and others. I have experience being the legal representative for a very large corporation in the past so I am simply passing on from my experience how these types of scenarios unfold and what the eventual outcome is likely to be. Also because of the amount of time I have been in cases such as these I have become all to aware of what is “fact” and what is accusation or said to be the truth of a situation. He said, she said, and someone said somebody might have done something simply is not “fact” . Many here “hate” Dan and I get it but in the confines of the allegations and the eventuality that will soon be realized Dan will not face anything much aside from the financial costs of his legal representation and the settlements to those who brought forth the accusations. The whole swimsuit thing IMO is ridiculous, a billionaire if he/she so wanted could obtain videos and or nude photos without the extreme risk of requesting them from an internal source, it would be beyond asinine for him to have done that. He wants a porn video heck they are free on the internet for Christ sake, you don’t need 20 employees to get a half ass crappy video 🤣🤣🤣. Perhapes I come across as insensitive or lacking compassion for those who stepped forward, that is not the case at all. I am glad they found the courage to do so and brought light to an issue that exists in more companies than most would want to recognize. With that said , what do the accusers want? They want the people who actually committed the alleged harassment fired (Happened), they want public awareness about these types of harassment in the work place (Happened) , maybe they want to be compensated for what they feel was a hostile work place which impeded their ability to be promoted ( settlements either done or will be ) i read a lot on here the NFL owes (someone) an explanation or Dan owes (someone) an explanation or apology, that simply isn’t true, neither the NFL or Dan owe anyone anything aside from what has been done. Many here what their ounce of flesh for whatever reason, it’s not happening.
  12. Because Dan is not directly implicated in any of the reported allegations and everyone who could have been even slightly involved have been fired the only thing that will happen is a payout followed by an ironclad non-disclosure agreement and that will be that. I’m not saying that’s right or wrong but that’s what will happen. The women who spoke out wanted the issue exposed and to prevent that treatment of others moving forward and that has happened. Now they will get paid for their grievances and the case will go away.... i think the new direction we are moving as an organization and team is very positive, at this point I would prefer to focus on the positive changes we have made. I’m excited for the future for the first time in many many years and it is nice to no longer be the National 💩 Show anymore. For once in a long while the WFT is being spoken of as a real contender and as an organization that has its act together.
  13. Well I didn’t feel all that smart before the last couple pages and now I know I’m not that smart... as long as you can make beer from them there elements it’s cool stuff 🥃🍻🍺
  14. I have no idea if this works or not, haven’t cut and paste anything before .... maybe below can assist in the discussion of quarterbacks by round and if with good scouting we could get a good to above average QB after the first round. all the below came from : https://www.footballoutsiders.com/stat-analysis/2017/nfl-draft-round-round-qb-study-1994-2016 NFL Draft: Quarterback Games (GP) and Games Started (GS) for 1994-2016 Round #QB 1+GS 0 GP GP GS Record Pct. 15. Question for the football junkies here. i saw somewhere that The AZ QB has been sacked 50 times from the beginning of last year. I found that surprisingly high for someone with his athleticism. My question is (3) part. First is it because he can’t see over his lineman to get the ball out when he is under pressure while in the pocket? if his height is an issue does AZ pass block in a way to move DL to certain areas to open a window he can view his WR’s location? if the above is what they do, could a defense figure out where the pass is going based on how the O-line is blocking on that play? Essentially could Th Defense figure out which half of the field the pass is likely heading. 🍻
  16. Easy big fella, step away from the gallon of coffee and take a deep breath... maybe a shot of Jager with a red bull chaser would help . We all all love you tater so no worries 😍
  17. Morning all, maybe I just can’t find it but have we signed all our draft picks to contracts yet?
  18. Im not sure what you mean by punished? I dont belive he is guily of committing any of the actions brought fourth in the article. I am not aware of any civil suits being filled against the organization but he would not be personally responsible in a civil action. sexual harassment is such a difficult issue to deal with, it’s mostly hearsay and rumors. It is easier to prove today than years ago because most perpetrators don’t stop at comments, they will text and use other forms of electronic communication which is easier for the company to obtain and use for dismissal of the bad Apple so to speak. its not like embezzlement or theft, being late for work, no call no show employees which are much more easily proven and terminated. Sexual harassment is sneaky, usually with only the perp and the victim present. It’s also one of the most devastating employee issues, SA (sexual harassment) can destroy a persons self worth, their ability to function at work, the work environment, productivity. It’s truly one of the worst work place issues to have , the only hope a company has is if the victim comes forward quickly before the situation escalates.
  19. Yes (1) formal complaint and yes an investigation, nothing happens over night, neither the wrong doing nor the investigation or the results of it. Had they been fired (6) months ago or tomorrow there are always people that say or think it’s a result of it being made public or the fear it may someday. There just isn’t a right time for any of this, do it to fast without getting the information together and the employee sues, do it to slow and maybe the accuser sues. Let it drag out and you find yourself in the court of public opinion.Neither I nor most anyone will likely see the paper trail that lead to this point so all we can hope is that they were doing the right thing with this from the moment it was discovered. i agree that Mr. Snyder would know of the nondisclosure that the former employees would have to sign but with that said nondisclosure agreements are 100% required for ALL settlements. These things take take time to evolve and conclude, I seriously doubt there was any conspiracy to hide these issues from the public as these are not required to be made public. Any business would for obvious reasons want to keep poor/ horrible behavior from being publicly revealed. The companies that have these issues are in an indefensible position, you can’t defend yourself and policies without somehow looking like you are being disparaging against the accuser. It’s a tough place for a buisness to be, the accused are the ones guilty of the behavior not the buisness itself or the Owner in most cases. The buisness’ must protect itself from legal actions while also accommodating the victims and punishing the guilty party. None of this is best done in the public eye , there are no winners in these situations. The company doesn’t win, the victims don’t win, nobody wins unless you consider the large portion of the public’s angst is now focused on the buisness instead of the ones who actually committed these disgusting acts. Maybe the former employees should be the focus and not the company. Yawl want someone to lynch focus on the perpetrators. You do have a good point about there may have been others, I would bet that even the slightest appearance of impropriety will be dealt with swiftly. I would assume everyone employed with the Redskins understands that.
  20. I don’t think the NFL has to or even has a basis to step in. I read examples above about the Dolphins,Saints and Patriots but those were either actual cheating in the rules of the game or players. None of the accusations involve rules violations from a game or NFL players. there are accusations of misconduct by employees of the Redskins against employees of the Redskins or Women working for news outlets covering the Redskins. to my knowledge there have not been any legal actions/ fillings against the Redskins or any of their former employees. those I see here wishing/wanting there to be more to the story IMHO is sad and pathetic. why would you want there to be more to this? Why would you want our team to be in more turmoil than we already are? i understand the hate and vitriol for Dan but wishing, hoping for more damage to our team is idiotic. Let’s be thankful that we weren’t cheating, bribing having drug parties and all the other things that were speculated. Yes there were people in the organization that took advantage of their position and behaved in an unacceptable manor with female employees both working for them and covering the team. We wish those things didn’t happen ever anywhere but they do. The Redskins need to handle this professionally and quickly. I have been the GM for large companies for over 29 years, these things do happen, you have policies, procedures, programs and oversights to attempt to prevent them. All companies are run by people and people do stupid ****, when it comes to the attention of the upper management often it is to late and the damage is done. The question is what do you do from there? From my experience you terminate those you can prove guilt ( not as easy as you would think when nobody filled and actual complaint ) you hire a legal team to assist as terminating employees can bring legal issues if not done properly. You reach out to those accusing and you discuss what you can do to make it right (as right as possible). Usually they don’t want to return to the company so the logical and common “making it right” involes monetary compensation which inlcudes an nondisclosure agreement. 🍺🍺 to getting back to football soon 👍👍
