The police have authority to force you to comply, even if that means punching a kid. are you suggesting you don’t think police have the authority to force compliance? It’s not necessary to fear for your life to use non lethal force. She didn’t comply, she got popped in the ribs. Perfectly legal, and justified. Comply comply comply. Im not saying that non compliance justifies deadly force, as what happens in a lot of the police shootings, but this one seems particular weak to me.

I think this is the biggest problem. I think that fords decision to come foward now may have been politically motivated. That doesn’t make it a lie, necessarily. But mocking her makes it harder for people not famous to seek justice, and that’s the real crime the gop committed here.
