  1. Not exactly accurate. That was a different law but it is from the same set of laws. The age of consent in AZ is still 18 though.
  2. You all keep saying that nobody has figured out quarterback evaluation, but you have one of the great QB evaluators of all time right here on this board. I haven’t been wrong yet. The only guy who I said was going to be good that isn’t (yet) is Sam Howell and I don’t think I was wrong about him. The problem is that I was evaluating Sam instead of evaluating the situation that he was stuck in. I still say he can be good. That one wasn’t my fault. That was Rivera’s fault.
  3. Also, OJ killed those people.
  4. His passing game in college is not going to work in the NFL. He doesn’t throw into tight windows. He can’t go through progressions unless he gets perfect protection. He has no answer to pressure except to pull the ball down and run. These are all serious problems in the pros.
  5. I turn 44 in a couple months and was starting to give up hope of ever being drafted but now I figure that since I could have led Michigan to a bowl game, I should be considered for at least a late round pick.
  6. Señor Wright. I bought 20 cans of whip cream off of him once to do whip its, and he made me talk to him about it in Spanish. And yes, Mr. Parker was a cool guy. I used to change the picture on my badge like he did but my principal thought that stopped being funny after all the school shootings started.
  7. Because LSU designed an offense that allowed him to get the ball out really quick most of the time, and when he didn’t, a lot lot of times, his offensive line protected for him. But, whenever there was pressure he took off running. This is well established. but in the NFL, he’s not gonna be able to get the ball out to his first read nearly as often and still be successful. He’s also not going to have the protection that he did. he doesn’t throw into tight windows and the windows are going to be even smaller. So in short, he is going to either have to learn how to play when conditions aren’t perfect (which heretofore, he has never demonstrated that he can) or be out of the league in short order.
  8. His only game when **** goes sideways is to run. He never avoids the rush, resets, and throws. He never escapes and throws on the run. He pulls down the ball, stops looking downfield, and takes off running. That is not going to work in the NFL. It’s going to get him killed.
  9. I wouldn’t have to keep repeating myself, if people would stop making the same wrong arguments that I’ve already disproven.
  10. That’s because in his most recent year, he was automatically running the ball anytime there was pressure so of course he was less likely to get sacked. Unfortunately in the NFL he can keep doing that and get killed or he can actually try to play the right way and throw picks plus still get killed.
  11. Outside of Lamar (and JD ain’t Lamar) the quarterbacks who use their legs, predominantly do so to buy time and then beat you with their arms. His only game is to run.
  12. I think I was in that chemistry class. I remember it a little differently though. My recollection is the teacher asking if any of us were there because we wanted to blow stuff up and you raising your hand and her telling you that you needed to leave and then never seeing you again. I can’t remember the name of the teacher. Skinny, younger lady… Ms Hayes?
  13. He gets crushed everywhere. How many of these do you think he takes in the NFL before he can’t get up from one?
  14. Few have ever relied more on their legs than JD. It’s the only game he has unless his first read is open or his Oline gives him a perfectly clean pocket.
  15. I’m not saying that he’s never led his team to a win because of my personal feelings toward the guy. I’m saying it because he never led his team to a win. You don’t see teams drafting the Michigan kicker just because he happened to be the kicker on the best team or drafting the Michigan long snapper… Wait, actually, let’s not go there.
  16. How so? Super important if you put the team on your back and lead them to wins. Not important if you are along for the ride while the rest of your team does the work.
