I’m not going to stop following the team if we pick Daniels. Everyone should if we pick McCarthy though. Zero chance we actually do but there’d no reason to bother at that point. If we pick Daniels, I will still follow the team, but only to post about how right I was over and over and over again in every thread as he falls apart.

That whiteboard is the only thing he’s ever dominated.

Dan is gonna pick Maye for sure when he sees these results.

I can tell you with absolute certainty that this is a fact. The Cowboys brass can’t stand all the drama he brings, and would love to get rid of him except it is too damn good at football. Not a rumor or me just saying stuff. This is first hand information from a top person in the organization.

My point is that it’s silly to talk about drafting him as high as people are talking about drafting him. College game managers do not deserve to be picked at the top of the first round… or anywhere in the first round really.

I get it. They like Maye so much they want to insure that they get him and three firsts isn’t too much for a player of that caliber. I think Chicago is going to let us have him at #2 though and if they don’t, taking Caleb Williams plus keeping those future first rounders wouldn’t be bad.

When I watch Drake Maye play, I see a big guy with a huge arm that can run but who has mechanical and decision-making issues. When I see Jaden Daniels play, I see a quarterback whose coaches told him to look to run anytime there is pressure, and I think that the reason they told him that is because in the other four years that he played, whenever he was pressured and he took off running, more often than not the result would be good, but when he didn’t, more often than not **** went sideways. there is a pretty good list of big guys with huge arms that could run but who had issues and ended up cleaning them up and becoming good NFL quarterbacks. The list of guys who can’t play under pressure unless they takeoff running that went on to become good quarterbacks is virtually nonexistent and scrawny ass Jayden Daniels isn’t going to buck that trend. He’s going to get murdered. Was Bradley Cooper the voice of Heihei and I’m just not aware?
