They just showed it in the last trailer that played on MNF last night. Not enough to get anybody excited. Unless there's more than one cameo. They gotta get butts in seats any way they can, like when the last Flash TV spots revealed Wonder Woman. They knew it was gonna tank, so it was all hands on deck in the marketing to goose the box office.
With the Giants situation, it would take a lot for them to lose the #1 pick, I think. Maybe when Tyrod gets back of IR, they can steal a win somewhere. But I'd take the Bears losses, over the Giants somehow winning a couple.
That's what I'm talking about, Howell needed to lead him with where he put that ball. He walks in if he puts it where it's supposed to be instead of making Terry stop for it.
The only person in the building that matters is Harris. The rest of these folks won't be around making it a meaningless report. But playing along, Harris would probably go into the search predisposed to look for a pro-Howell GM and coach then. Which would still be doing it wrong. That's the same thing they did when Snyder picked a guy that was committing to play Haskins. We saw how those dominos played out.
What I'm curious about is, what kind of contract does Young get next season. And is it from SF? If all you're giving up is a compensatory 3rd, kinda lessens the need to justify having to re-sign him. Get him for the SB run, see how it goes.
