  1. That's cool. 247 has him listed as the 169th ranked transfer, so not sure how much of a big-time get that is. I'd like to see if Willard can land Andrej Stojakovic, then I would be impressed.
  2. That's kinda funny. I like seeing Rubenstein say he is the new guy lol.
  3. New track from Your Old Droog featuring Method Man & Denzel Curry. Beat by Madlib. Meth's flow is timeless, nice track.
  4. The starting pitching is very concerning aside from Burnes and Rodriguez.
  5. New album from Apathy entitled Connecticut Casual 2. He's a veteran that has been contributing to hip hop for a long time. Listening right now, some really dope songs.
  6. They gave up 129 points in a late-season game to a Bulls team starting a bunch of randoms. As Renegade mentioned, Davis is not a starting caliber player. He is barely an NBA caliber player. Avdija and Kispert are good role players on a quality-level NBA team, but they aren't guys that can start night in and night out and give you consistent production. Vukevic looks like he can score a little bit, but he is unproven. And Sarr is a complete question mark. You need stars in the NBA to compete. Guys who play hard on both ends of the floor and who can stuff the stat sheet. Guys who can get buckets on a consistent basis and make the players around them better. The Wizards have no one like that.
  7. ^ That starting 5 would get annihilated every single night.
  8. I've noticed Holliday's stride foot timing is off. He needs to shorten it, way too high and long.
  9. Cowser is special. Out of all our young hitters, I think he will be the best out of all of them, including Gunnar and Adley.
  10. Oh and no one thought Poole would suck so bad. I knew he was wack, I called it a long time ago you can look it up, but damn I didn't think he would be horrific. Hopefully we can flip him for something valuable in the off-season, but I have a feeling we are stuck with him for a few years at least.
  11. We all knew it would be a long process. There are no surefire ways to rebuild a team into a contender. Holding onto Beal and Porzingis wouldn't have accomplished much - wasn't Porzingis on an expiring contract anyway? And Beal was eating up so much salary he was preventing us from making any real moves. Dude sucks anyway.
  12. How did he gain access to Ohtani's funds? Until that question is answered I will assume Ohtani is guilty. Ohtahi must have people looking over his money. You get notifications for multiple transfers of $500,000. That type of stuff doesn't go unnoticed.
  13. Also didn't know he had cancer. I wonder what his final couple of days were like and if anyone tried to get him to confess. I mean, I can't recall a case where someone was so clearly guilty but got off because of technical errors and perceived discrimination/bias by the police. I don't remember all the facts of the case, but I remember his legal team did a great job throwing doubt at the LAPD, particularly that Mark Fuhrman guy. That's essentially how he got off.
  14. Watching the Sixers game, Embiid just tweaked his knee. Dude is crazy injury prone. He looks okay, back in there.
  15. Yeah I saw Ballo entered the transfer portal, which is sort of surprising for his senior year. Without looking, I am guessing their incoming freshmen class is strong.
  16. UConn is full of stars. Congratulations to them. If they do it again next year that would be something. They opened up as favorites at +1000, for those who pay attention to that type of stuff lol. Followed by Arizona, Duke, and Houston. The Evil Genius won our little ES pool. He graciously denied the $2 prize, so next year's winner gets $4 lol.
  17. Wild put back dunk by that Purdue player!!!
  18. Purdue will pull the upset.
  19. Drafting is the name of the game. There is no other way around it, because no free agents want to sign here. Aside from that, as Renegade mentioned, player development is essential. We gotta somehow get better with what we currently have. We need to get a good coaching staff. It is a long bleak road, sad to say.
  20. Blanco for the Astros throwing another no-hitter through 5. He gave up a single with two outs in the 6th.
