    I never understood why that sensitive POS even had twitter. He blocked me for simply pointing out it was lame to give himself a nickname and that I would bet good money nobody ever actually called him "Big Shooter". No idea how that guy was able to have a long run in afternoon drive in one of the biggest markets in the country.

    It's truly amazing to me that nobody at 106.7 or NBC Sports has gotten to this guy and told him to STFU about the topic. It's irresponsible for someone with a large platform but no education on the topic and I have to believe is annoying some people enough to the point where they have stopped listening.

    The Wizards play by play guy was also pretty eye opening. I guess these guys don't give a **** that the public can see every "like" they make on Twitter but it can certainly impact how I view someone.

    Hopefully Ted agrees but that is typically an area where he doesn't seem to understand the importance in hockey. It's a hard pill to swallow knowing how many years of the Ovechkin era have been spent with unproven rookie coaches (at least after Bruce, who was the right guy at the right time IMHO)

    This team hasn't look right since at least December. They were trending downward Jan-Mar and they picked up right where they left off in the bubble. Sucks.

    I'd agree except I haven't seen much over the past 2 years that makes me think the Caps are as well coached as most of the other playoff teams. I'd love nothing more than to be mocked for this post a month or two for now but I just don't see it right now.

    I have never and will never understand the thought process behind finally winning a Stanley Cup after all that time and then deciding that it was a good idea to replace your Stanley Cup winning coach with a coach with zero head coaching experience. It truly baffles me. If it wasn't going to work with Trotz then you go find someone with a track record of winning in the league. Todd should have been taking his lumps and figuring it out with a rebuilding team. SMFH

    Not a fan of what Julie has done with the booth at all. I also agree about Santana - he could be good but it seems like he could really use some classes or something to become a lot more polished in that role.

    I remember when Bram and BMitch had a show together on 980 and it was so obvious how much they hated each other. 😂 I can't believe she chose him for play by play.

    I don't care about the comments from Hall but I don't understand this. Cooley was excellent and probably the only good thing about the previous broadcast. I'm not confident Hall will be an upgrade. I also have no clue what they're thinking with Bram. He could have hosted pre/postgame or something but I am very skeptical about him doing play by play. I think there was other local talent available that would have done a much better job. Disappointing.

    It's amazing to me that management and/or the other Junkies haven't pulled him aside and told him to STFU. I refuse to believe they aren't losing listeners from all that ridiculousness.

    I love Frank's voice for play by play but he was making a lot of mistakes with players, yardage, etc. by the time he left. I'd imagine that would be even worse 16+ years later so I think this is a case where they should look to someone new.

    It was brought up several times on a few local radio shows that Bibbs actually took more snaps than normal in the game Alex Smith was injured. I'm not sure that accusation holds up if that's the case.

    The more I think about it the more I believe the skins PR/legal department were doing their best to get all kinds of hype and rumors about this story to lessen it's impact once it came out.

    People keep missing this point. Potentially, a lot of people would be tipped off a story was in the works and on the verge of being released. This doesn't mean the paper is necessarily intentionally leaking the story.
