Trump has been ineffective at grtting KJU to do ANYTHING. Whereas KJU has now gotten prime billing with POTUS for a SECOND time had conceded NOTHING! I think this effort is pretty amazing, and what's pretty telling is that one of the leaders in this field of science is Shell Oil and other oil/gas companies who are spending BILLIONS in coal sequestration.

I've experiemented with my airfryer just haven't been really happy with the results of it though. It's basically just a mini-convection oven and it cooks so little at a time that cooking for a family is out of the question.

That's why I love the pasta, it's 2 cups flour, 2 eggs, 2 egg yolks makes enough pasta for five people. Sauce is pretty cheap and meat is choice so totally budget friendly.

Home made pasta noodles with seared chicken in a spicy vodka sauce. I'm getting better at making noodles. I'm going to start flavoring the pasta with different things now, just need to start looking around and seeing what works and what doesn't.

Made my hotwings last night, baked not fried. I make these with wings and boneless skinless thighs. These work best if you have a convection oven, but a standard oven works just fine. Just adjust your cooking time until the breading and skin is crispy. These disappeared so quickly last night that I missed the photo, but here's the recipe. All-in time was 2.5 hours including prep, fridge rest time. When these are done they fall off the bone! Substitute preferred oil, adjust spice to taste, but it's easy to over due the cayenne.
