What's interesting about the Giants is that once Saquon walks in free agency, they really don't have much offensive talent at all besides Darren Waller (who is usually injured for 50% of any given season). If they opt to replace Daniel Jones, they are committing to a full rebuild of the offense, I think.

You've been making some very good points here and to an extent, I agree with you. However, I think continuing to talk about Howell being benched 3 times doesn't acknowledge the horrible OL he was forced to deal with all season, the terrible head coaching, etc. At this point, I've moved on from thinking he's "our guy", but I still don't think we know what he's capable of since we really didn't put him in a position to succeed this year. Unfortunately, that will be another team's job to find out. And for the record, he is in no way close to being the bust that Wilson or Rosen is. Not by a country mile.

All good points about the Giants (I didn't realize that either). But to be honest, I'm still nervous about us, NE, and NO taking care of business just to make sure we get our 2nd overall pick.

That's very disappointing to hear. If we go that route, I'm afraid I'll be done with this team. Will demonstrate that Harris is just Snyder in different clothing.

Given that Allen has likely been playing with plantar fasciitis all year, I actually think this wouldn't be that crazy an idea.

Where do you see Cedrick Gray going in the draft? I think our LBs need an overhaul but worry about spending too high a draft pick to do it.

Exception rather than the rule. Others who shot up out of nowhere, got taken early and then flamed out include Zack Wilson, Trey Lance off the top of my head. There are countless others - I'll do more research when I have more time.

Guys like Jayden Daniels that come out of nowhere and shoot up draft boards based on one season of results give me pause. Didn't that happen with another LSU QB a few years ago (Jamarcus Russell)? No thanks!

That's a bummer - an ideal scenario would be to get one of the top tackles in the first and then nab him at the beginning of the second round
