  1. I do too, and I have a Rolex and a Breitling. 🤣
  2. Maybe if they were given more than one news cycle to think about it, they would arrive at outrage. Under our current way of doing business, we'll never know.
  3. Amazingly, with Trump, whether it's references to the 3rd Reich, claims to install a dictatorship, stealing classified documents, being civilly convicted of rape, and on and on and on, none of it sticks because we move onto the next outrage before any of them can actually sink in.
  4. I have a Rolex Explorer II, which I inherited, which is my daily wearer. I also have a fancy Breitling Navitimer that I got for my 10th anniversary.
  5. Breitling guy here too. That chart is terrible. Just order off the Chic Fil A catering menu. https://order.chick-fil-a.com/menu/olo-trays/nugget-trays
  6. More accurately, it was a beef short loin subprimal, which I broke down into NY strips.
  7. I’m not (yet) fat enough to qualify for a wegovy prescription, cause I tried. There also isn’t a black market yet, as far as I can tell.
  8. Harrison Butker’s modern kindergarten teacher. https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZPRwoJ8sY/
  9. That they had to call him to bridge some gaps between the paperwork and Trump’s knowledge and intent. You dont call someone like Cohen unless you have to, not because “or else it would be weird.”
  10. I’m pretty concerned. The prosecution needs Cohen to tie the documents to Trump’s state of mind and intent. Cohen is, in actual fact, a known liar and huge scumbag. That’s why he worked for Trump for so long. If I were the defense, job 1 is to make Cohen out to be entirely not credible, which is pretty easy given his history of being a big fat liar. All the defense needs to do is create a reasonable doubt in the jury’s mind that the prosecution hasn’t proven every element of the charged crimes.
  11. Well a discussion about ****ing Applebee’s isn’t interesting without some embellishments and needlessly inflammatory language.
  12. All of that presumes that I read the Stadium enough to be aware of policies that are not in the official forum rules, which I don’t.
  13. Well if I'm ever living out of a hotel by a steel mill in BFE Texas, and Applebee's is the only convenient place that sells food, and I'm trying to embezzle my per diem, then I will consider going to an Applebee's.
  14. Bowden: 6 MLB prospects who are major-league-ready and just waiting for the call https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/5499049/2024/05/17/mlb-prospects-ready-for-promotions/ 1. James Wood, OF, Nationals Age: 21 Bats: L Throws: R Height: 6-7 Weight: 234 Stats (Triple A): .356/.460/.582 slash line 2B: 12 HR: 7 RBI: 25 SB: 9 CS: 1 Wood is absolutely raking at Triple A. There is no legitimate baseball reason not to promote him since he’s significantly better than Nationals right fielder Victor Robles and left fielder Eddie Rosario. However, that’s where it gets tricky. The Nationals are hoping to get outfielders Lane Thomas and Joey Gallo off the injured list at some point, which would give them four veteran corner outfielders they’d like to use as trade bait leading up to the trade deadline. If they promote Wood, it will take playing time away from those outfielders and lessen Washington’s chances of moving them. However, in my view, the Nationals should think long term and make sure Wood plays alongside their rookie center fielder, Jacob Young. Both are long-term solutions for Washington, and I don’t think any of those veterans outside of Thomas will have much trade value anyway.
