    Jets/Patriots 3-3. Wilson has 79 yards. I’d rather have Heinicke. Also, I didn’t like Wilson in the draft thread, either. Something always felt off.

    Four downs to get 10 yards means 2.5 yards per play. Odds are usually in your favor to convert those if you have the balls to try routinely.

    And Howell coming in and leading them to a TD drive just puts the team in a bad position. It’s best TH stays in for the team, despite me wanting to see Howell.

    I’d be having more fun if I thought our offense was better than meh. But as a DC myself watching the D makes me happy as hell

    I’m sold on Forrest at FS and Curl at SS, now. That’s big for the roster. Still have some things to figure out contract wise but that’s a good thing.

    I really like John Ridgeway but he makes some stupid ass plays, man. A few times this year he’s done some dumb ****. And he’s flexing. Just stupid.

    No. It’s a decent offense destroying a horrendous defense. But yes. And no.

    Yup. Holcomb is a quality backup/fringe starter. Not much else.

    He misses it more than he makes it. Making it one of ten times isn’t being able to make the throw when you are in the NFL. I know you are a very positive person and you don’t say much against this team but… ya.

    It’s not even that. The rollout brings the defense that way. That makes tighter throwing windows for a QB without a strong arm. They don’t have to respect the backside because Heinicke doesn’t have the arm talent to make that throw and because the D is all going that way there’s no running lanes for Heinicke. He’s not a rollout QB. THEN factor in that he throws better with his feet set.

    Maybe. And yes, he has. But it’s a “what have you done lately” league and lately Young hasn’t done a thing. I’m not giving up on him. Guy has too much talent and he’s a finisher. Just want to see him healthy. I don’t count him as a bust or a stud right now. We’ll see.

    People questioning Robinson’s ability to be a lead back are wild. He just carried three guys for three extra yards.
