  1. He can’t do much with the IOL we have, either. We are missing key positions on offense. TH is a bottom third-ish QB, we have the worst OL in the league aside from maybe Houston.
  2. He wasn’t open. Terrell undercut that comeback. Was a great play by him. Terry was surprised he played that, too. You can tell by Terry’s body positioning that he thought he had him boxed. Just not enough velocity on the throw. But that’s also a hell of a play. Breaking news: we need a QB.
  3. Clearly purchased. I don’t need to purchase my verification. I am me. I guarantee it.
  4. I was thinking Spaceman Dawg or KoolDawg. Maybe DawginParadise? Going Commandawg? Or Commanders1111111.
  5. It wasn’t overconfidence. It was a pre determined “**** it, it’s going to this guy no matter what”. This is the thing many people love about him. He throws the ball up in situations to give his receivers a shot even if they are triple covered.
  6. Heinicke does that too much. Locks onto a guy and throws it no matter what. My 9 year old does that on Madden and can never understand why it’s always intercepted. TH did it against Minnesota, too. But the ref made a hell of a play.
  7. How anyone thought he got it was beyond me. They spotted that ball on the exact perfect spot. Absolutely perfect spot by the officials. That is where the ball got to.
  8. Curl and Davis with a great tackle. Davis is creeping up on the “best players on the D” list. Curl is #3
  9. Folks, I can’t believe I’m the one defending Heinicke in any way, and quite frankly it scares me a little But he is who he is stylistically. He’s limited with his arm, has a gunslinger mentality and struggles with foot mechanics. His decision making his better, he’s using his hips more on his throws and he has a great feel for the game. We need an upgrade, but not at all costs. But we need an upgrade. Not going to change no matter what. But he is a better QB than he has been and is serviceable enough to play and start if a better QB can’t be had. And we may not have a chance at one (unless it’s Howell). Also, it’s okay to talk about the things he struggles with. He has made some bad mistakes and some great plays so far. It’s the Heinicke Experience. It’s who and what he is.
  10. People have been saying it for years.
  11. That’s where Heinicke’s natural arm talent hurt just a touch. He threw that ball big time off his back foot and had that sail a bit too much but right idea. He is much better as a QB than he has been and I’m not even sure how anyone can debate that point.
  12. He can when he breaks the pocket. He’s much better in that situation than called rollouts. I feel like a broken record but I still see people saying to roll him. When he breaks it on his own he tends to get his feet set under him better on release. On called roll out he seems to throws off the front foot and throw worm killers
  13. I love the Robinson/Gibson duo and what it allows us to do offensively. Love it.
  14. Lacking talent at one edge, missing a LB, missing a starter corner, our hybrid players have been poor. Missing key players on this D. It’s a decent defense but still lacking a lot.
  15. Is it? The D was never as good as people here were saying it was. Still lack talent in key places. Best corner is out, too. But it’s a decent D. Atlanta is an excellent running offense.
  16. I’m not saying he IS him, but Forrest plays like ST. A lesser version, but that same mentality and ballhawk style.
  17. So, Heinicke is still Heinicke. Even with improvements. Hence why we need someone else to be the QB. But the guy has a short memory. He’s going to make mistakes and come back again anyways. Let’s see what happens. But we needed to score there.
