  1. There you go. All the boy band Sam Howell'ers go crazy!
  2. He had a lot more whiffs than he was called out publicly for and was over paid. He's available for a reason and clearly not willing to be a backup. Collins isn't a starting Safety and refuses 2 down LB'er contract, If I were to guess. Still could find a 1-yr deal unsurprising. They need a vet MLB'er as depth insurance and a Coverage LB'er. They're going to get burned if they do nothing.
  3. Exactly 🤦‍♂️ Best thing about the first 2 years of RR & Co. is they have plenty of tape and experience of what not to do. Year 3 will prove if they're just too set in their ways and keep hammering round pegs into square holes. I have zero faith in JDR and his garbage, unimaginative, easily diagnosed BS scheme. Zero roster depth at LB'er going into training camp is pure negligence.
  4. The coaches and training staffs' performance just started, while the players are just putting their costumes on. I could care less about the results of practice reps as long as the player gets in line for the next one. Most important ability being availability, I'm glad Curtis Samuel was practicing. He better be there tomorrow!
  5. There's some large issues on that OL. Just assuming it will be as good as the last couple of years would be fanatical hope. Both Centers are coming of major injuries and are still questionable to when they'll be able to play. They replaced an All-PRO with Trai Turner who just played his worst season. 60% of the OL is different and less talented. I don't understand how that makes anyone confident that they'll protect Wentz.
  6. As far as streaming services, of course you can connect you phone or tablet to your TV, easily. Problem for streaming service is there's streams of the stream for free. Dropped Sunday Ticket back 10 yrs ago when I left the US and Never missed any game I wanted to watch. Overseas we all use PC connected to the TV with Kodi and a Real-Debrid or All Debrid account that costs $5 mo. Don't ask me about it, search YouTube for Kodi and then how to setup Debrid account.
  7. Yeah, whenever a draft pick gets hyped up here, it's the kiss of death. I Just don't buy the hype when a guy hasn't even put his pads on yet. Not being negative towards any positive feedback from Dotson, Wentz, or any other new additions (Curtis Samuel included). I'll wait to see some competition, at full speed, with pads and tackling. If he's smokin' Fuller, WJ III, & St.Juicy then I'm in. They absolutely must have +2 WRs to change that offense. Once they get confirmation, put them in bubble wrap until Week 1.
  8. First words to Wentz from Turner 'Here we only throw passes with our dominate hand.' Wentz =GULP= Turner 'Should you chose otherwise, the only passing you'll be doing is the H2O.'
  9. Clearly not the same caliber of talent. Jamin Davis spent 4 years in college. Redshirted as a freshman, then was never good enough to be a starter until he was a Senior. Washington clearly missed this pick and wasted #19 on him. Complete opposite of Micah Parsons who was so talented that he hit the ground running in college and spent an entire Covid season training for the NFL. Not an Apples to Apples athlete comparison, rather a boom or bust 1st round pick comparison. They had a horrible draft last year and below average draft this year. Jamin Davis is not a good NFL LB'er and they're trying to salvage the draft blunder now.
  10. Clearly if a team media source and paid representative said it then it's true, fact, and not propaganda feeding their agenda. Save it man. Nobody's buying that and the Dan Snyder media machine is crap!
  11. I think Vegas makes the most betting line errors before the season starts. Book makers have a lot of losers to start the year before they catch up, then make up those opening week mistakes. Media outlets vary with prognosticating and fall back on the betting line to validate or inflate the storyline. Some media is just pure BS, like ESPN. I'd definitely take WSH Over 7.5 that's low by at least a game or more. They could easily screw it up by losing to start the season 0-4 or blow it up starting 4-0
  12. Hate the owner. Like the President. GM is a weakness, not a strength. HC is a giant in personnel relations and team building, with an unimaginative and antiquated coaching scheme. OC is hiding behind the roster (we'll see this year). DC is a Clown and should have been fired after the last game for negligence.
  13. Video game ratings are a joke, specifically when they're titled a year in advance with rankings from a year in the past. I don't think you have to resolve being a Wentz critic. We'll all be watching with our dissecting scalpels and self administering liquid anesthesia. Defense is a whole level deeper in anxiety and exercise in breath-holding. Probably the deciding factor for double digit wins.
  14. Nah, I don't care about anything other than who starts camp on the PUP, who's on the side field, and that Curtis Samuel is full speed. They were a healthy roster away from a winning season with steeper competition and less talent.
  15. Gotta just give myself a paper cut every time Julie Donaldson starts spewing analysis or attempting to stretch her football knowledge into making a point.
  16. They have continually put players in the wrong positions calling it 'Position Flex', which shouldn't be utilized or attempted at certain positions. Most of all, pushing an over-drafted rookie into MLB'er. Complete failure at every level. Davis was another round peg being hammered into a square hole. They've been ass-backwards on many levels. This will be the demise of RR & Co. Every player at this level got there doing what they did best, not something else. Flex a lineman, ok maybe. Flex a WR/RB yeah sure. Past those you're playing people out of position.
  17. Absurd to garner any true value from Commanders media outlet. These aren't unbiased analysts when they're on your payroll; on your platform; pushing your narrative. No value. No QB hits a bullseye with the majority of pass attempts. It was and isn't a bullseye problem, rather it's been directly identified to be mechanics. Wentz was essentially left un-coached and/or un-coachable in PHI 2020. Refused to even talk to Pederson for months because he felt like they were dishonest, two-faced and went back on their promises. Big deal where he needed WRs and instead they draft a QB!! I'd be pissed too. From there he didn't trust the WR's and held the ball too long hoping someone would get open (which never happened). Then he get sacked, throw a bad pick, it was a downhill, on fire, catch 22 as they screwed him and he knew it. They wanted him out. Anyway, he formed bad habits, poor mechanics, and it included reading defense keys. Kurt Warner pointed out these issues and worked with Wentz in the offseason. His footwork to the left was the worst, but the dumpoffs to both sides were mechanically flawed. I've posted the video before in this thread. The other issues include not reading the correct key defender as the plays are designed for the defensive formation he was facing. This is the biggest problem, not overthrowing a 10 yd flank.
  18. It was a combination of poor scouting, poor drafting, poor coaching, and denial. JDR tried to force round pegs into square holes everywhere. Normally you put players in positions to play to their skills...not JDR, instead he screwed the whole team and should have been fired for incompetence but everyone else and every other imaginable excuse was publicized. How an exNFL HC & DC manage to draft the worst pass protecting LB'er in the NFL at #19 is amazing!
  19. Schobert is the best out there. Better do something or Jamin Davis and his league leader 90% pass completion defense is repeating every other snap as he alternates with David Mayo. Pathetic. Anthony Barr can't cover either, so it figures they'd be connected. How does an ex-LB'er HC & DC manage to draft the worst covering LB with the 19th pick! Amazing!
  20. I mean sure, they could have took the premise that your 1st round draft pick isn't a bust and he'll be better as a sophomore. They can try to coach the scheme to better continuity. However, we're talking about THE WORST in NFL HISTORY on the most important defensive down. Fan comes from the word Fanatic = A person marked or motivated by an extreme, unreasoning enthusiasm, as for a cause. I'm trying to take the fan out and find a logical conclusion for neglecting to address the elephant on the couch. Smells like 💩 at this point.
  21. You all watched the same games I did...tell me how you felt on 3rd and long?? Does it go something like 'there's no way they're converting on this'...then, sure as gravity, they give up another 1st down. This happened all year with only short reprieve moments. They have done nothing to fix it except cut Collins. Who knows what happens when you run it back like this, as the middle of the field, between 0-20 was always open. I see poor mismatched defensive alignment. I see slow reactions in developing plays. I'm pretty amazed that after they look at the replays, they refuse to make any changes. Very frustrating!
  22. There's a huge misconceptions about JDR being a good coach. He became a commodity as part of the 2000 Ravens super bowl coaching staff as a LB'er coach. How much he contributed to the breakout of DPOY Ray Lewis is debatable.Ray Lewis would have been DPOY with any decent LB'er coach. JDR parlayed that into a DC job in Carolina where they dramatically fell apart from one of the best defensive teams to a 1-15 record. In 2003 he started his career losing record as a Head Coach (W93-L94). JDR turned the JAX D into the #1 NFL D. His best coaching year and he topped out there, 19 years ago!! He tried to motivate with a mantra of "Chopping Wood" meant to mean something like work hard. Had guys filmed actually chopping a stump with an axe, which resulted in the kicker almost chopping his foot off! Brilliant🤣 So, the history is clear. JDR is a 50/50 coach. One year he's good and then you can bet the farm he's wetting the bed the next. Good coaches consistently put together good results. JDR is consistently inconsistent, for going on two decades. Uninventive, unoriginal, predictable, old school antiquated 50/50 coach. The defense was the worst on 3rd Down in NFL History and the solution was to do nothing and run it back. Negligence defined.
