ljs
watching it live now....one interesting thing I keep hearing come up, in this and Zorns pc..is asking if JC is playing too tenatively... JC mentions about wanting to get the crowd into it more...that they need to win at home, that he knows they need to make big plays, they are making the small and intermediate ones. Now taking about the ST tribute...nice to see Joe Gibbs back.
skinsfan07
He's right. JC should call out the OL. They can't pass block worth a damn.
ljs
ok, sorta short lived...he didn't make any excuses, but did talk about needing to excute better....I say that is a duh

ljs
he talked about the same play zorn mentioned...the interception when the pass was intended for ARE. But whereas Zorn said ARE basically ran the route wrong, JC seemed to put it on him. He said he thought he overthrew ARE, but it was actually short...JC was pretty reserved in this...he didn't say much at all really
GoSkins561
He's right. JC should call out the OL. They can't pass block worth a damn. On the other hand, JC holds onto the ball way to long.
Slacky McSlackAss
JC should call out his recieversi remember a lot of drops, specifically Thrash and Kelly dropping 3rd down passes Those were killer. Can someone remind me why Thrash is our no. 3 receiver?
paintrain
Those were killer. Can someone remind me why Thrash is our no. 3 receiver? Worst hands on the offense by far. He doesn't belong on an NFL field anymore.
NoCalMike
From the look of the replay, the ball was definately underthrown. It was pretty good coverage, but ARE had a step and a half on the CB, and the ball being underthrown allowed the CB to step in front of ARE to make the INT. One thing Campbell needs to learn is that on those deep bomb routes, it is almost ALWAYS better to overthrow the ball and have no one able to catch it, then to accidently underthrow it and get picked. skinsfan93
While I am not a big supporter of JC, I like his demeanor especially being level headed. And he has even become more personable in his interviews this year especially when we were winning. However, the comments he made today are showing that he is feeling the pressure of not playing well. But rather than taking some owness and showing accountability, he deflects the blame to the entire team. Basically, he says that he knows the offense will be criticized but he believes that all three phases of the team should take the blame for the loss. The way I see it, our defense held the Giants to 23 points. Our offense scored all of 7. Our defense allowed only 108 yards rushing to the #1 running team. While it gave up some yards passing, the defense did enough to get 2 sacks and 1 pick. Where was our offense to put some pressure on the Giants offense by scoring some points? Jason, our defense and the running game is the reason why we have 7 wins. Our special teams gave us decent field position today. While Shuisam needs to go, he only had one field goal chance. I tell you...it's frusting enough watching our team let the playoffs slip away, it's another to see the leader of this team not step up and take responsibility for the offensive ineffectiveness. herb mul-key
JC waits to long to make a decision in the pocket...the long throw/ pick to ARE was late and under thrown and he was not pressured early. I just don't get why our we seem so out of sync? incapable of making plays.
SirClintonPortis
On the other hand, JC holds onto the ball way to long.Simply seeing a pass rusher in his face on the TV screen is not a good indication of the actual time that has passed. [[ghost]]
On the other hand, JC holds onto the ball way to long. Absolutely. He should know that with this offensive line, he can get 1.5 to 2 seconds to drop back, max.
ljs
he was even getting sacked in shotgun, with no time. I am not a huge JC fan, but I say the OL deserves a lot of blame for this

dinzelwashington
im sorry, but jason campbell inst a leade because he isnt a great motivator. doesnt command respect. he is too quiet. sometimes being a captain on a team, you got to scream at ur soldiers. if something goes wrong. jasons like oh we just to have shorterm memory. just move on to next. just come out and execute and we should be fine.. when things go wrong, like it did today. u got to get up on the recievers face and wassup? like u mad that he dropped the balll. got to yell at the line for not blocking well, like the way brady, brees, peyton, phillip does... jason is too mellow to lead a army into a war and come out with a victory

#98QBKiller
I can think of at least 3 BIG 3rd down passes that were dropped. One by Randle-El One by Malcolm kelly One by James Thrash the receivers need to step up and make plays
