His dream is to put together a winning football team. He has a five year deal and is here to win football. People took his comments out of context that he would not be here. Gibbs: Program operating for 20 years, home up and running with 50 kids. Lot of kids remaking their lives. Full time live in parents at the home, Gibbs has much admiration for them. Question: Last season offensive set and motion on O. Gibbs. To predictable in 04, trying to give different looks, last year got caught with the clock. Need to get less predictable. Need to get downfield more. Offense needs to step up and start playing and get less predictable. Said have three and four wide sets.
