cscmtp
i have NO information to back this up, but i think his toe was hurting him today. He just didn't look like...Coles. He didn't seem fast and fluid when he ran, with or without the ball. Did anyone else notice this or was i just so drunk with happiness that Ramsey was in there??? Dan T.
Coles has looked ordinary this season. Obviously much of that is the result of QB play, but even so, I think he's had a down year. He's had many more drops than you'd expect from him.
Renegade7
Coles has been different all season, but it looks like he came alive more then before with Ramsey in their. Sorta reminded me of last year.
Skeletor The Invincible
Coles has had a lot of drops this season. Balls that just hit him in the numbers and he still dropped them. I don't know what's going on, but I dislike it.
manichispanic
didnt he dislocate his finger earlier in the season. That has to be affecting him rih now
Skins26
Coles has looked different b/c of his toe for one and secondly his finger. And finally, he was just getting killed. I mean murdered in there b/c of Brunell's passes to him. Roy Williams and Ray Lewis each had HUGE shots on him, it just messes you up. He'll be fine, but he's just banged up mentally and physically right now I think.

cyrrok
At one point I saw him giving Ramsey a five...first time I saw that exchange this season. You know he wants Ramsey in there.
Ignatius J.
There was no question that the recievers were pleased to see ramsey get in there. You could see them more animated than they have been in weeks.
Raub
Today was the first game I really saw any of our receivers catch passes and pick up some YAC.
jtyler42
I think Coles is hurting more than he is letting on. He has to be, I think he dropped more passes today than he did all last season.
thinker
Frankly, I would shut down Coles for the year, do the surgery on his toe and give him a big head start on rehab for next year.
Ignatius J.
me too. the cold weather just aggrivates the injuries. Can you imagne trying to catch a ball from ramsey in the bitter cold with a dislocated finger? As a coach, you have to know that coles will play until you drag him off the field, kicking and screaming. It's time to get him healthy while gibbs figures out the offense with his three new toys. NoCalMike
I did kind of find it rather hilarious that the minute Ramsey comes in, Coles is wide open down the field for a big gain, just like we saw last year. Coles biggest problem THIS SEASON has been his hands. I remember last year he had hands of glue, and that anything close to him he would catch. He dropped some wide open passes right on the money from Ramsey and that option pass from Rod Gardner was right in his hands too.
