I know in 1988 the Skins were 7-9 after winning the Super Bowl and the Giants and Eagles made the playoffs that year. The Eagles had some good teams in the late 80's and early 90's but always seemed to be overshadowed by the Giants, Redskins and then the Cowboys. It must have killed you Eagle fans to see from 1986 to 1995 to see the NFC East win the superbowl 7 times. 2 for us and the Giants and 3 for the Boys.
