I’m not high on Christian, but I’m not sure it’s fair to ding him for not beating out Penn. Yes, Penn’s old, but he’s a (relatively) good player and an experienced vet. Well guess what, the Skins were always planning on Christian taking longer than you'd expect. He was declared a project when he was picked and projects aren't ready their second year. I'd say that this season was meant to be the year he was ready to be a backup.
