So far, my count is:

1, 2, HotH, 4, PG, 3, ITtOD, Presence

Physical Graffiti, 1, 2, 4, ITTOD, Presence, HotH, 3.

ITTOD is comfortably at #5.  It's the last 3 that will always flip around.

I listened to HotH last night.  Song that hit the hardest was Over the Hills and Far Away.  It's the one song I love on the first half of the album.  Groovy ass song.  The last four songs are obviously super popular, and I'm suffering from a case of hearing all of them too much.  Looped them songs like 10 times in a row back when I first got the album.  Then heard 'em on the radio all the time.  MAKE IT STOP!  I take that back - No Quarter wasn't really a radio song.  Just super well-known.  It's bad ass.

Coda - abysmal.  Can't believe that they even released that.  Not a single song on there that stands out.  The drum solo is cool, but a drum solo does not a song make.

Unofficial results:

1, 2, HotH, 4, PG, 3, ITtOD, Presence

         ...Coda

Favorite song (for now, which will certainly change later):  Babe I'm Gonna Leave You

HEY.  That's my second FAVORITE song.  DIBS.

Remember when I posted the meme in the RTT about "If you had to recite a song perfectly or get a bullet in your head?"

That was the song I would choose to sing.  I sing parts of that **** all the time.

I doubt I could recall the lyrics to that song with a bullet to my head.  I LOVE the guitar riff in that song when it gets down to business though.

and then there's the:  "baaay baaaaay baaay baaaaay..."

One of Plant's best performances in my book.

Yep.  I suggest getting the Zeppelin DVD.  Knock a few back and turn it up loud.  It's ridiculously amazing.  It has so many live performances that it's a double disc.  The sound is AMAZING, the editing is awesome.  It's quintessential.
