Just what we need 10,000 armchair GMs.

Good to know a GM would have gotten a B grade for taking Baccari Rambo in the 2nd round in 2013, instead of waiting until the 6th like our "incompetent" GM did!

My full reply would probably skirt too close to rule #12 for comfort. So let's just say I agree with you.

I'd be pretty happy with this. My only concern is taking another Baylor QB, but at nearly the fifth he was hard to pass up.

That would be a win, assuming about 4 of those guys would start at some point in year 1.

The best trade/most likely one I've come across doodling around on that site is a trade with cleveland for their two 1st rounders, and then trading the first of those back again for an extra 2nd. Leaving us with two 1sts and two 2nds. Probably not likely but it would allow for a talent grab like your draft there.

Oh come on, it's just a game.  For example, I went ahead and ruined my own draft by choosing someone out of pure curiosity.  You'll never guess which one...

I think I like this draft ... I chose to bump this particular one because well ... many of mine had Rambo or Thomas in the 2nd  haha ... that's why I was so excited (as was ES nation) after the draft because we got Rambo and Thomas who everyone seemed to think were 2nd rounders ...

All of you that drafted Bacarri Rambo in the 2nd round of your mock drafts should be fired. All of you! Not only is he horrible but not even worth the 6th round pick we used on him lol

& just know that whatever 2015 mock draft that I create there will absolutely be two offensive lineman selected with the first two picks :)

The game didn't like my draft, but it liked my draft back in 2013 when I took Rambo, so I'm counting this one as a win. First 4 guys could crack the week 1 starting lineup, as well as possible year 1 starters in rd 5 and 7. The sim undervalues (in my opinion), Grant, Odighizuwa, and possibly Randall.

Definitely not going to realistically happen, but man if it could. Sherff, Shelton, and Harris all fit needs and would potentially start day one. Henry Anderson is someone I think could surprise and be a pass rushing 3-4 end that this defense needs. Coates in the 4th would be ridiculous (unrealistic) value and make moving on from Garcon feasible. Koyack supposedly was a decent blocker, and good hands, so may be a fine replacement for Paul OR Paulsen. Jones was just rolling the dice on a big CB.

Tried again. Combination of trading down and drafting positions of need. If our draft remotely resembles this combination of positions drafted with quality players, I will be surprised and thrilled.

After playing through a couple of times, I feel like there is some value to be had at our positions of need. But the rankings and way the sim is drafting now will not resemble the actual draft at all.

Round 6.

Come draft day:

"What the heck, Scot!  Why didn't you trade down from 5 to 6 and get a 2nd and 3rd rounder out of it!"
