DogofWar1
That Gary Steed guy is impressive at this game. That guy cracked 5K with the Skins and got us a top 20 score, all without a 1st rounder. That's pretty darn impressive. The highest I've been able to get the Skins, with A's and a couple A-'s all the way down 10-12 picks was 4400. silent1903
Yes, had to have a go too....confess, I had a few "test" goes first, so tried to avoid too much trading down, and generally picked from the Best Available list. But fairly pleased: Your score is: 4096 (Drafting Ability: A, Player Quality A-, Future Draft Picks: N/A) Your Picks: Round 2 Pick 19: Jonathan Cyprien, SS, Florida International (A) Round 3 Pick 23: Blidi Wreh-Wilson, CB, Connecticut (A) Round 4 Pick 31 (S.F.): B.W. Webb, CB, William & Mary (A) Round 5 Pick 13 (MIA): Gavin Escobar, TE, San Diego State (A) Round 5 Pick 29: Cory Grissom, DT, South Florida (A) Round 6 Pick 12 (S.F.): Manase Foketi, OT, West Texas A&M (A) Round 6 Pick 13 (T.B.): Chris Harper, WR, Kansas State (B+) Round 6 Pick 23: Landry Jones, QB, Oklahoma (A) Round 7 Pick 22: John Boyett, FS, Oregon (A) Cyprien seemed to be the best safety available (interestingly NFL.com lists him as FS), so great value at 51. Then didn't meant o pick 2 CB next, but they were both available at value, especially Webb in round 4. Nothing of note as far as OT and WR in round 5, so picked up a great value TE for when Davis doesn't re-sign! Sane reasoning for Grissom at 5-29...not the Davis re-signing part, but no value OT or WR at this time. Then picked for value with need in mind, other than Jones, although you could argue that it might prove to be a decent pick depending on how RG3 gets on, or if they decide to trade Cousins on for higher picks (bad idea in my mind, that one). Then realised I had no true FS at all, so picked up Boyett as an afterthought. Wanted a RB but no value available again. Would be very happy with this come the big day. Dana87
I am amazed at how similar most of the drafts are. and for many of them if I were the Redskins front office I would be thrilled. Even the drafts that we don't trade down we are picking up some exceptional young talent. I honestly don't think we are gonna miss the 1st round pick at all. There is some first round talent falling deep into round 2.
cphil006
What did you have to trade to move up to get Eric Reid? I think that's the default, Redskins have 2nd round pick #19... that other guy traded down two spots to #21 and still nabbed him...
MR2Drift
Game is fun but not close to reality in the slightest. First time I played the 49ers traded up with the Chiefs to select, drumroll please.... Eddie Lacy as the #1 pick. Tried the Rams out, got Warmack and Patterson in the first then my draft looked like everyone else.

Gibbs Hog Heaven
1st go, and although it only scored me 3776 (darn future draft picks); I think I'll leave it at this as I don't think I could be much happier. If our actual draft is anything like this I do believe I may cream my pants. (TMI ?). Your score is: 3776 (Drafting Ability: A; Player Quality: A; Future Draft Picks: C-) Your Picks: I traded the 19th pick in the 2nd Rnd. to the Vikings, moving back a slot and picking up an extra 4th rounder. (5th.). Round 2 Pick 20 (MINN): Eric Reid, FS, LSU (A) I then traded the 2015 first rounder to the Packers for their 23rd. Pick in the 2nd Rnd, and 26th. in the 3rd. Rnd. Round 2 Pick 23 (G.B.): Matt Elam, SS, Florida (A) Round 3 Pick 23: Markus Wheaton, WR, Oregon State (A-) Round 3 Pick 26 (G.B.): Kevin Reddick, ILB, North Carolina ( I then made my third and final trade, sending the Jets the 4th. rounder I'd gotten from the Vikings in return dropping down 4 spots to 9th. in the 4th. with the Jets 4th Round pick, plus their 5th. Rnd. selection. (# 8.). Round 4 Pick 9 (NYJ): Tyrann Mathieu, CB, LSU (A) Round 4 Pick 22: Brennan Williams, OT, North Carolina (C+) Round 5 Pick 8 (NYJ): Brian Schwenke, C, California (A) Round 5 Pick 21: Montori Hughes, DT, Tennessee-Martin (A) Round 5 Pick 29: Dion Simms, TE, Michigan State (A) Round 6 Pick 23: Rodney Smith, WR, Florida State (B-) Round 7 Pick 22: Jeff Locke, P, UCLA © That was one heck of a fun thing to do. I know most of you would question the RB pick but thought it was good value especially teamed up with A. Morris. Ellington was featured in the Read Option at Clemson and is a projected to go in the mid 2nd round. I also selected based on BAP model and on the Biggers signing and a possible Winfield signing i ignored the CB position early on. J. Kruger was a little bit of a reach but I got him as a eventual replacement for A. Carriker and/or a backup OLB for Orakpo & Kerrigan down the line. Buchanan was a reach for me as well as we already have D. Tapp, R. Jackson, and Kruger but my motto is you can never have enough guys rushing the passer. I could've gone over 4000 points but I reached for some players in the later rounds. Hopefully Art imitates life with this draft. RedskinWarship
the game has a ton of flaws, but it's fun as hell, in a "what if" kind of universe. i've must have done about 100+ drafts so far, with all 32 teams, it's a great time killer at work. although, the website has done a bunch to fix certain problems, and is constantky trying to improve it. send a message with any suggestions, because they're open to it. if they can hash it all out, this site could become huge, because i loooooooooove this sort of ****. one of the main reasons why i love madden franchise mode.
