What was supposed to out to to sea hit DC with 6-12 inches and Baltimore with 18 inches of snow. We went to sleep hearing nothing, woke up with heavy snow falling. Well for a good 45 mins or so it was a heavy band but then it slowed down a little bit. It's been pretty crazy so far and everything is sticking already. The low pressure system is tilting and allowing he cold air to penetrate. That band moving across southern Spotsylvania county brothers is producing RAIN AND SLEET.
